Rooftop lounge
Don't know if it's called a lounge but did houses 4 or 5 get approval to build on the roof?

They haven't mentioned it yet, but honestly the way house 4's budget is going it's questionable if they will even have money for landscaping, never mind the rooftop patio.

They have only spent $20k more than the closest team behind them on spend, so the producers will just throw them a few easy wins and to balance it. They do it every season. Or the pathetic "We knew it wasn't enough, here an extra $100k for every team" bs again

In the latest episode didn't one of the teams say that their plastering bill for the week will be about 15k, but house 4 plans to spend about 16k this week?

Probably. To be fair, despite what the edit is trying to show with "Budget" the last couple of seasons, there is never any real punishment for overspending and tonnes of bail outs. So why wouldn't they all just spend to much.

Yes Lisa and Roscoe. Judging by how few rooms they have actually completed and that he never seems to know the budget when asked, it appears that Courtney and Sev are clearly far more hands-on and do more pre-planning than they do..... plus they never give in to defeat either. I expect Roscoe has his plasterers waiting around because he's measured something using a spirit level again.

I saw a post by someone I think on the FB pages of a google image from above of all the houses as of a few weeks ago and there is nothing on house 4's roof for an extension - alot of solar panels though
