1. Be Respectful
- Treat other members of the community with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are not permitted.
- Criticism of the show, characters, cast, writers, or storylines is welcome, provided discussions remain civil and constructive.
- Posts or comments created solely to spread hate or provoke hostility toward the show, its characters, cast, crew, or fans may be removed.
Disagreements about characters, storylines, and opinions are expected in a TV community. Please focus on discussing ideas rather than attacking other users.
2. Spoilers
Spoiler management is important so that everyone can enjoy The Rookie at their own pace.
- Do not include spoilers in post titles.
- Use the correct season flair when creating a post.
- Apply the Spoiler tag to posts about the newest season, newly released episodes, future episode/season speculation, or major plot points (such as character deaths, departures, major relationship developments, or season finales).
- Comments may contain spoilers up to and including the season indicated by the post flair.
- Spoilers beyond the season indicated by the post flair must be hidden using Reddit spoiler formatting:

This is hidden until a user clicks on it.
Episode Discussion Threads
When a new episode airs, please use the pinned Episode Discussion Thread for discussion until Thursday following the episode's release.
This helps keep episode reactions and spoilers contained while allowing everyone time to watch.
3. Stay On Topic
Posts should meaningfully contribute to discussion about The Rookie franchise.
The following may be removed:
- Off-topic content that is not directly related to The Rookie or its cast.
- AI-generated creative content (including AI-generated images, videos, or stories).
- Low-effort posts that do not encourage meaningful discussion.
- Posts that substantially duplicate recent discussions.
- Spam, excessive self-promotion, or promotional links.
Moderators may redirect repetitive questions or common topics to existing discussions, resources, or the subreddit wiki.
4. No Piracy
Do not request, share, or encourage pirated content, illegal streams, or unauthorized downloads of The Rookie.
This includes: - Links to illegal streaming websites. - Requests for pirated episodes. - Instructions on how to access unauthorized copies of the show.
Please support the show by watching through official platforms.
5. Politics
Political discussions unrelated to The Rookie are not permitted.
Discussion of political themes, storylines, or topics directly depicted within the show is allowed.
Examples:

6. No Fan Fiction
Fan fiction posts, links, or discussions of external fan fiction are not permitted.
This subreddit is focused on discussion of official The Rookie content, including episodes, characters, cast, and production.

Season flairs indicate the latest season being discussed and help users avoid unwanted spoilers.

Reporting Content
If you see a post or comment that violates these rules, please report it instead of engaging.
Reports help moderators review issues quickly and keep the community organized.
