Recommendations

Will be travelling to Japan soon and wanted to get something nice from YoyoRewind to remember the trip by. What would you guys recommend?

My current throws are: Shy, MYY V12, SHXX, Bishamonten.

I would say my budget is up to USD 150.

So far, i have been looking at the Wildify, Krown wst, Noradrenaline, Raijin but would like to see other suggestions.

Edit: Forgot to mention - Ill be spending most of my trip in Hakodate & Sapporo. Are there any stores in the area?

I'd say to get any of the shibuya shop exclusives. They all have unique artwork which you can't get elsewhere

Don't forget to also go to Spingear.

Both these stores have a few demo models so you can try before you buy.

Giving recommendations is a bit difficult because literally allmost all bimetals are a 10/10 in performance the way I see it. And which one you prefer between then is totally subjective.

I live in Europe and there are lots brands I can get in Japan and not here (at least not the models I'm interested in). If I were in Tokyo now I'd hunt for these:

I leave Japan tomorrow, but while here I went to both Spingear and Yoyo Rewind for the same reason.

At Spingear I got to hang out with Shun and I bought his signature Turning Point yoyo, the Happiness, and it's awesome. There is a Ti version as well, which was out of budget, and it's called the Spinforce. Buying either benefits an orphanage, as he donates a percentage of the sales to them. It's all upside, and seriously, the Happiness is beautiful and fantastic.

At Yoyo Rewind I went with a Shibuya exclusive H5 Leaf. It's exclusive to the store, I'm kind of a CLYW fanboy, and it looks awesome. They have several other exclusives, though, including less expensive yoyofactory throws that also look great. You really can't go wrong with any of them; They all look and feel special.

I can only find the green ones in Japan, $100 to ship though so I don’t have one.
