Question Are these allowed?

My TJ Maxx allows UGG-style slippers with hard soles. I bought a pair of dupes that have a hard rubber sole, fully cover the toes, but are open in the back (heel area). Would these be allowed?

They don't care about shoes where I work my managers often wear sandals and flip flops. I would kinda figure out the vibe of your store if someone is wearing something similar, just wear it and see if a manager says something.

My store allows Birkenstocks so just ask your management

The policy is shoes have to have a back to them. But like the other comments said it is store dependent.

same here. but a lot of people also wear sweatpants, yet i got yelled at for it 😅. i think im gonna ask anyway to be 100% safe

Kinda. I would just ask management! Also depends where you’re working, at my store these would be fine at register/jewelry/fitting room. I have worn them a few times but I work backroom/floor so they’re weren’t the best to work in.

It’s probably store dependent. People at my store where slide on type sandals all the time, even with toes out and no heel. Just no flip flops. The only rule is they absolutely Are not allowed in the backroom when wearing shoes like that.
