ID Cane toad?

Is this a cane toad? If so should I worry there are more around?

Chlorinated pool water will kill amphibians, they absorb stuff in the water through their skin

Edit- not a cane toad

Toads drink from the belly and are not the same as frogs in the water loving department

They like natural water sources, but because amphibians absorb whatever they touch through their skin the pool chemicals will burn their skin and kill them if they absorb too much. They also can't climb out of a pool by themselves unless you've installed wildlife ladders, the lip acts like a pit trap and any animal that falls in can't do anything except swim until it drowns.

Please take the little dude inside and offer some non chlorinated water. He's probably gonna be sick from the chlorine. Definitely not a cane toad

Where are you? That's an extremely important part of IDing animals. Additionally, could we get a close-up? It very likely isn't, but there's still a chance (plus a better picture is always good)
