In the anime she’s normally portrayed much shorter than him, up to his nose, even tho they canonically have a 3 cm height difference. Alya in the anime is probably just 160 cm

I’m losing my mind

(Someone has posted the Vol. 12 synopsis but if anyone hasn't seen it here it is.)

With the new synopsis out focusing entirely on masachikas long-awaited date with masha, it feels like we are reaching a critical turning point for the overarching narrative.

Instead of just being a standard meet up, this date has the potential to be the narrative tool needed to finally lay masachikas lingering past to rest. Imo, for his character development to move forward, he needs to sort out these deep emotional roots before he can be fully emotionally available. Since masachikas goal is to make alya student council president, sorting out his internal feelings right now seems like the most reasonable option to get his act together. But there is still a chance sun³ will actively use this to cause drama/ extend the masha arc to the max.

This still does question how this volume will play out. Beacause looking at the synopsis sun³ may not end the masha arc this volume, I have two theories to this. 1- Kuze won't reject masha and Alya will find out causing her become deeply saddened and betrayed. 2- Kuze will reject masha and we will finally get closer to the confession.

However, how do you think alya will react if she finds out about this date? Alot of discussion revolves around how nonoa may crash alyas bubble just before or near the election. But this may push her past her usual tsundere personality and russian defense mechanisms, forcing her to be more honest about her own feelings? Giving us readers the development we need. Thats why this volume is significant for the outcome of the next few volumes to come.

I expect her to know this in vol.12. Yuki teasing Masha will be the most cute thing in the world. But it will be super hilarious if Masha come up with "briboobry" for Yuki to support her.

As someone with K-cups, which really aren’t that big irl, H-cups (Alya’s size) are definitely smaller and imo, just on the larger side of average. There is a wider range of cup sizes we women have than just A-DD. It goes up to Z, and H is only the eighth letter of the alphabet. I could go on and on about how like 80% of women are sized wrong, which contributes to people thinking that anything above a D is “huge”.

A lot of people think that Alya’s anime design nerfed her bust and are disappointed about that, which it did, but not as much as people think: in reality her size isn’t as big as most people think she is. She’s usually portrayed as smaller than Masha and about this medium-large size, as shown in the two images I posted.

“B-but the Volume 11 cover!! She’s really big there, no??”

Her bust is just VERY exaggerated there, imo. That’s ONE out of many illustrations. In other drawings from the light novel, she’s portrayed as big, but not THAT big. In fact, Masha’s actually bigger in the v12 cover, but it’s not apparent since she’s completely covered.

“But Masachika describes her as huge!”
She’s still smaller than Masha canonically. And the V11 dress emphasizes her bust, making it look bigger than it actually is.
