Comment in question: Wait is that a wedding ring?
What do you think???

Sieger seemed like a jerk on the show but he seems popular with some chefs.

I think Sieger was so salty about the all-night pork challenge that he wasn’t able to rebound when given a chance. I’d be salty, too, and I’m not sure if I’d be able to let go as quickly as he would have needed to. If you already think the judges make unfair decisions, that’s probably going to stay with you. I know it would have stayed with me.

His second elimination challenge was a boiling hot day which the heat ruined his food, after having to cook and serve for a bunch of people outside. I get grumpy in the heat too, I have sympathy for him.

No one in the cast has had anything bad to say about him, and they sure had the opportunity to when his blowup episode aired. I think he just had a really hard time managing his emotions when they boiled over.

He was with her at the James Beard House dinner tonight

I think they actually make a good couple - they had lots of chemistry on the show.

Maybe it's the Top Chef Championship Ring! They should make those! "The title was nice, as was the Money, but the real gift is this ring! Look Ma! I made it!"

Maybe she’s dating the girl in the pic

The woman in the pic is chef Brittany from season 23, same as Rhoda and Sieger

I know. I’m commenting on people always assuming people are dating the opposite gender they are seen with and not the same gender

I think their assumptions are not based on gender , but on their behavior during the season and after.

What behavior have you seen? I didn’t notice anything during the season and they seem to be friendly after just like many of the contestants 🤷🏻♀️

Go back and rewatch the Asheville episode, I think that’s when the comments started. He’s also beed seen at her restaurant in Hawaii since filming ended. Traveling to Hawaii is a commitment not just a swing by since we’re friends spot.

He was her sous chef for the finale and she won. Figured that justified a trip to watch the finale in Hawaii

She was basically sitting on his lap in one of the car ride scenes from the season.

Not an engagement/wedding ring. That photo was flipped. The ring is actually on her right hand. You can see more photos on her IG story of the James Beard event. Also the brand of apron she’s wearing is Hedley & Bennett and their logo is an ”&” and is always on the left side of the chest.
