❓Question down again?
I think it literally just happened so the down detectors arent going off but im not able to load anything at the moment like last night.
edit: okay suddenly started working again. Torbox tossing me around like a washing machine at this point. Love the service and I cant really complain but oof, last 48 hours has been rough.
Edit 8/21/26: Aw shit, here we go again. Its obviously happened again since my previous edit but i wasnt around during those outages, but once again its gone out for me right now. Also i understand that people want to give advice with the classic change your cdn which is the tb equivalent of turning it off and on again but that does not work for everyone and im surprised it works for you. Cloudfare is not infallible.

Yes, it is down for me again as well, it has been down like yesterday or 2 days ago. And Torbox Status for the outage says "we fixed it" - nope, you didn't

They should provide some free days for all these outages like they did before

They might, but we've been told not to expect it as a rule. According to them the TOS does not guarantee uptime at all, so in their view there is nothing to compensate if there's downtime. They may feel like being nice and providing free days, or they might not

I've gone back to AD for the moment. No problems at all.
TB has been unwatchable the last few weeks for me. Constant buffering.
Pissed as I'm on the $10 Usenet plan. Think I'm going to have to bail. When AD is showing them up you know it's bad 😂

Settings -> Integration settings -> CDN selection. Although it's throwing an error for me atm when I try to update it

It doesn’t. It has to be updated manually I’m assuming. So it’s definitely irrelevant every time someone says to check the status page

Its not useless though. Look at the response times. Its the database having issues again, so Id assume they are getting DOS attack again.
At least this status page shows response times. Other status sites do not. Take a look at reddit status page. https://www.redditstatus.com or githubs.

Maybe you’re right. I just remember the last outage a week or 2 ago it was already down for 30+ minutes and then they posted a message “we r checkin”

Been going down a lot at the moment, hopefully this is all resolved properly soon and the service becomes more stable again.

This is getting ridiculous, and what’s even more frustrating is seeing people blindly saying that this should be acceptable.
It doesn’t matter whether I’m paying 1 cent or $1,000 a month. I’m still paying for a service, and having five days where I’ve been affected by server outages is simply not acceptable.
I’ve seen people saying “change service” or acting like this is just something customers should put up with. I’ve already paid for a year, put in the time to set it up with the expectation that I’d actually be able to use the service when i wish and need to, still i´ve been having to rely on free streaming sites.
If the current infrastructure can’t handle the number of subscribers you have TORBOX, then be reasonable and stop accepting new subs until you’ve upgraded whatever needs to be upgraded. A person with half a braincell understands that the frequent misshaps isnt because an emplye F.Upp or whatever bullS. reasons you give. You´ve grown and are not putting in what you need to on servers etc.
People accepting and defending a paid service being unavailable 4-5 time a month sometimes for hours because the company is taking on more than it can handle is honestly beyond me.

What CDNs do y'all use? I literally have next to no issues when on Cloudflare. Occasional hiccups, but nothing outstanding every now and then.
Also this isn't Netflix which is a multi million dollar company with multi million dollar commercial servers, infrastructure lol.

Don't know what to tell you. I've had more issues with Real Debrid before I switched to Torbox. Most of these issues are contributed to user error. Not all but some. Others include switching CDNs and troubleshooting your setup to mitigate issues. I stream 100 GB plus REMUX files with no issues.
