I think she is but whenever I search up pictures of tortoiseshells it looks brown and orange while her fur looks more brown and creme than orange/red, is she still a tortoiseshell?

I have a dilute tortoiseshell cat. If you don’t pay attention she looks like a Russian Blue. Her tortoiseshell features are so subtle and in the right lighting she looks pink and gray.
