Sounds like rubber squeaking against something stationary.

I’d guess bearing lip seal against the axle. Try taking it all apart and greasing the seals. See if it goes away.

Aside from the dying mouse living in your hub, I think the clicking noise might be a stiff chain link. I would put the bike on a rear stand, take off the rear tire and inspect each link by hand to make sure none of them are tight. If you find one that's very stiff that might be your culprit. Also check your sprocket for bent or chipped teeth at the same time
