POWERS

Most of the transformers have special powers, like Thundercracker's teleport. Am i missing how characters get these.

I reckon they'd be under things like Perks if they exist. Otherwise you can always just talk with the party and GM and make it up.

Negative. Some can be obtained by Perks but most of the powers angle comes from incorporating other books. GIJoe, Power Rangers and My Little Pony are all 95% compatible and the renegade team actively encouraged GM and players to steal and cherry pick from all the books.
