I need a dictionary

Hello. I'm not a professional translator, just asking for advice. I'm searching for a good either french-japanese or english-japanese dictionary. The more complete, the better. Any recommendations?

From English to Japanese, or Japanese to English?
And are you looking for a paper dictionary, or are online resources also okay?
