MOD POST New Rule: No more AI submissions
We've had an influx lately of low effort AI art of watches (why?) and I'm cutting it off here. Any posts of AI slop will get you banned on the first offense.

54 vs Black Bay Pro: first real watch for 30th birthday
Can’t decide between the pro and the 54. I was scared by the size and height of the pro but it felt great on the wrist. I also love the traditional and vintage details on the 54. Anyone got some recommendations or experiences to share?

Anyone think the BB58 GMT is still too slab sided? Or am I making excuses not to buy it?

Thoughts on the “Pepsi” GMT?
Want to get a Tudor but I am unsure about the size on my wrist. Any advice would be helpful as this would be my first expensive piece. Want to explore more into Tudor. Dealer is asking $3,900 with box and papers.

My rendition of the new Northflag *not AI
*this is not AI, I photoshopped like like a proper designer
-Blacked out bezel
-Fatter Lume Plot indices stolen off the BB Pro
-Toned down the 24 hour numeral track
-Added the "Star Destroyer" 9 o'clock indice stolen from the OG's power reserve
-Most importantly, squared off the lug hoods, that curve they did SUCKS

What’s your thoughts for the new Tudor Northflag?

New watch day
This is my second Tudor. I wanted the Black Bay 68, but couldn't really get over not having a date complication. This one is 41mm, but wears larger. I have an 8.5 inch wrist for reference. This one is probably going to take over as my daily driver.

New Tudor Northflag
What do you think of the new Northflag coming in at 40mm and a Master Chronometer Certification.
Together with the GMT function a great watch!
Would love to have maybe 50m more waterproofness.

Black Bay Ceramic strap options
Hello all, I have the 2021 BB Ceramic and have been tinkering with different straps. I know this has been discussed in the past. The factory single pass looks great but the crown digs into my wrist bone after a few days of wear and gets uncomfortable as hell. I really love the under the radar aspect of the watch and it is less than 1 second fast per day-insane accuracy so I find myself throwing it on to go to work allot.
I've been leaning toward Erikas Originals/MN straps on other tool watches I own. She's (Erika) been on vacay for a bit now so I took a chance on this Watch Steward Strap (fantastic product, btw.) I can't decide if this contrasting color looks great or looks completely off!? Any thoughts? Oh, I've tried cheaper Amazon single color MN straps just to test and, meh... Perhaps too bland.
Thanks,
K

Tudor ranger. Cannot find one. Cannot order
Tried all the AD in Houston TX. I cannot place an order for this watch. I’m looking for a Dune 36mm but seems I might as well be looking for a Rolex Daytona. Chrono 24 is selling used one for the same or more than listed price which I find absurd. Am I looking for an unobtanium watch?? I’m being told to wait in one AD and another one cannot take more orders as it has a backlog.

Thoughts on the BB 58 GMT ‘Coke’?
Having had this for about a week, I can’t tell if I love it or of I just find it ‘meh’. Does anyone get that?
Pelagos FXD MN ?s
I’ve been eyeing purchasing this watch as my first Tudor for awhile. I love that it will only ever be worn on straps, love the mil-spec design of the case, the color, proportions — all of it. A few questions for the community, if I may.
Any chance Tudor updates with a Master Chronometer movement version? If so, I doubt it requires a new movement; I expect they could just send these current movements in for METAS testing.
While nobody knows this either, will Tudor likely continue making this model into 2027 and beyond? It’s been available for 6 years now, and given many of their other watches have been subtly upgraded to Master chronometer movements with other slight refinements, curious if the FXD MN is going to stick around?
For any owners, how has your watch accuracy been with the current movement?
Lastly, are Tudor ADs generally open to negotiating a small discount on this model?
Thanks for any feedback, and would love to see pics in this thread from any owners who’d care to share ‘em!

Inherited Tudor Oyster
My Grandad has very recently passed his Tudor Oyster that he was bought as a belated 21st Birthday present by my Nan back in 1963 on to me, and just wanted to get a bit of advice. (Live in UK for reference)
I intend to wear it for my wedding in 2028.
I am going to get a new band as the band currently on it is not the original, and so am going to source one that’s a bit closer to the original which I’ve been told was more of a Tan leather, so if anyone can offer advice on where to go for decent, leather straps that might be more like what you’d originally get with this watch that’d be greatly appreciated.
Secondly, I want advice on whether to get it serviced or not? It’s fully functional, but as you can see in the photos has its fair share of scuffs and scratches on it. What I don’t want, is for it to essentially just be changed into a brand new watch, so it’s just whether it’s even worth getting it serviced, or just leave it as is? My grandad said it hasn’t once been serviced in its 63 year life!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

BB 58 GMT?
This is my first post in this sub. In all fairness, I haven’t been a huge tutor fan for most of my watch seeking years, but somehow this one is speaking to me. Most of my dislike of Tudor comes from a general annoyance with the whole AD process with Rolex. I honestly detest the game of seeking and begging and pleading to be allowed to purchase a watch that you want. I’m actually on the list for two different Rolex watches at ad but I’m really drawn towards this one and I’m just trying to do a gut check to make sure that I’m not attracted to this watch simply because it’s very similar to the Rolex GMT but is obtainable. I’ve pretty much convinced myself that I want, but I have one genuine concern, and that has to do with the domed crystal as I’m a little bit worried that it might be more prone to damage because it extends above the bezel.
Ironically, after calling the Tudor store and hearing that I could probably walk in and buy it in a week or two when they get their next shipment, it made me question the MSRP and whether I should be paying $5600 for a watch that is so easily obtainable, which I know is ironic, considering the fact that I’m so annoyed with the whole Rolex process.
But I’m honestly sort of in love with it. I think the dimensions are perfect at 39 mm. I love the Jubilee bracelet. I love that. It is not trying to be a Rolex GMT that there’s enough distinctive differences with the size the colors, the hands and so on that, it is kind of its own watch. Also, since the two Rolexes, I’m waiting for aren’t similar to this one is a silver face OP and the other one is a sub no date. I don’t feel like I’m settling for an almost Rolex.
So what’s everyone’s take care? Who has this watch and what can they tell me about it? Also, even though I’m not planning on selling or flipping anything what kind of depreciation am I looking at here? That is typical with these things I don’t mind spending the money on it, but I’d hate to see it used and available next year for thousands less.

The black bay chrono 41 has never looked so good
Since Tudor doesn’t offer a factory rubber strap for black bay chrono 41, I’ve never really loved straps on it bc it was either integrated (which I don’t like with rubber) or had a gap between the case and the strap. But this new factory end link (from my Tudor bracelet) + rubber strap option from anchor strap co is truly amazing. I’ve never loved this watch more.

Big fan of my new Black Bay Pro
Got this yesterday. Most of my watches are vintage skin divers and some random other watches like a Bucherer 34 mm dress watch and a Tag Aquaracer Chrono. Lume is great. Finally have a chronometer certified watch.
