Found this watch in a box of old gaming stuff. Can't find much info about it. Is this super rare?

For context, I already have an original Coregrafx, but I don't know how expensive can a recapped CD Rom2 can be, so I just want someone to confirm if getting an Analogue is the better financial decision.
