Discussion If you’re ever unhappy or regret a decision blame democracy.

Upvotes

Regret is the different voices in your head, the part of the neural parliament that doesn’t agree with what you did. Those voices are like different parties who love the country but still have different ways/views to steer it. Idk what I’m saying 🥀

RANT/VENT 😤 Man f*ck the job market

Upvotes

I feel like the job market has long forgotten about ordinary people, like you can either be a nerdy/ tech savvy introvert or an out going extrovert who's not much into brainy shit.

and the only people who seem to be having a NORMAL job are the ones who are already extraordinary and stand out in their field.

Like I'm sorry I'm sorry that social interactions drain the life out of me and I can't be a nerd (which I used to be) even if i tried now😭

Genuinely gng kya karu💔

Ask Twenties Should your partner have a opposite gender bestfriend?

What do u guys think?

My take :- I’d be okay with my imaginary girlfriend having a male best friend as long as she's not his top priority and he has someone (probably a partner) whom he values more than her coz it's really hard for someone to not develop feelings for their top priority.

‎ ‎ Relationship Advice I keep missing my boyfriend :( is this normal

Upvotes

my boyfriend and I have been together for the last 11 years ever since 2015. we have had our ups and downs, highs and lows and never once has he betrayed me, been distant, always been my sweetheart

2 years ago we started a long distance relationship because I had to shift for studies and surprisingly or not surprisingly it has only made our relationship sweeter and better. i throw tantrums, have a lot of mood swings and being in mbbs doesn't make it any better. he works in the film industry, now looking forward to a startup, building his career with so much efforts and even between that, i have never once felt like I've been sidelined. i come first, over everything and before everyone.

however,

since the last two months or so I've started missing him deeply. legit yearning and missing his presence even if he's always around online. it feels like i need him to be around, need him near.

i miss him so much sometimes i cannot explain it to him why im pissed is because how much I yearn for him.

how do I cope with this?

is it unhealthy?

Edit: TLDR; how to cope with missing your boyfriend without feeling like a maniac

Edit 2: we’re childhood sweethearts together since we were 5

Discussion I have to share something to you guys......

Upvotes

Last year I joined a college where I found many friends.....

I made a friend group in my 1st year of college......

That friend group consists of some boys and some girls.....

In that group i have a duo with a girl...

She was my bestie.....

But everyone thinks that we are in a relationship....

But the real thing was I used to like her.....

We always be with each other every time every day.......

At that time I also had a female friend who was too good......

But after the semester ends, I get to know that my bestie has a boyfriend and she wants me only for her help....

She calls me only for help....

And if there is no help, she doesn't care about me....

And she was not that good ...

She was faking our friendship....

I hate these types of people....

After that i just left her....

And stop talking to my bestie....

But people still call me by her name ....

After around 2 months.....

Me and one of my female friends who were in our college group started talking more and more.....

After that idk how I have feelings for her......

But she thinks i liked my bestie ( the one whom I left) we are literally very good friend of each other....

But I have a feelings for her.....

But she still calls me by her ( old (ex) bestie) name and ragebaiting me.......

I tried to stop her, But I can't.....

It feels too bad when someone you liked is calling you by someone's others name......

Guys....

Can you all give me advice for this....? 😕

Ask Twenties How do I approach??

Upvotes

Joined different company few days ago and only 10 people are there in team and one of girl is from my home state and i really wants to talk to her apart from work,. thing is I can't really do unnecessary talking 🥲 to anyone for that matter and for typical girl to be befriended we have to talk to her continuously to get to know each other , so need some help going forward with this 😭😭

Other one member is very free (extrovert or (definately pervert my instinct different religion also so probability high) with her and her with him...and I fear they have something going on idk 😶, i don't want them

Ik Its recommended not to have any relationship with co workers but, I really don't have friends here whom I can talk even 5 Min 🫠 and it's taking toll on me

Discussion My girlfriend said something hurtful and I am not able to process it 💔💔

Upvotes

My girlfriend and I were fighting. Actually, I disappeared all of a sudden in anger for 3–4 hours, and when I came back, she got angry. We were talking, and I don't know why she was so furious with me. I was apologizing again and again, but she was saying harsh things. I thought, "It's fine, she doesn't mean all this she's just angry, that's all."

She said many harsh things. For instance, she said "I don't want you" almost 5 or 6 times. She also said: "I want someone who is more passionate, responsible, and loving. You aren't."

I was getting hurt, but I still didn't say anything. I thought, "She is angry, isiliye aisa bol rhi, koi ni, she doesn't mean any of this."

I was okay until this happened: I said, "Ha yar mai ghatiya.. ek dam ghatiya aadmi hun." She said, "You are good. But you aren't the one I want." I was like, "What? What are you saying?" She said, "I don't want you."

I broke down when she said this and started crying. We were chatting, so she didn't know I was crying. I just said, "I get you... I'm sorry I couldn't be the one." She said, "Let it be," and then we ended the conversation.

I kept crying for half an hour. You might think it's not that deep, but let me tell you why it hurt me so much.

Actually, I had a situationship with a girl when I was in 12th grade (currently, I'm in my first year). I used to put a lot of effort into her, like making birthday edits and doing small, cute things just because I liked doing them—there wasn't any other reason for it. Once, we were chatting and she asked me, "Do you like me?" I said, "Yeah, I do." She said, "You are a really nice guy, but you aren't the one I want. You are a good guy, but I don't know..." I was like, "Ah, it's fine, no problem. I get you, blah blah blah." I played it off like it was no big deal. Later on, she dumped me. Now my girlfriend said the exact same thing, and it's scaring me. I don't want to get dumped this time. 🥀

The next morning, she apologized and said she was angry and all, but I still can't feel good about it. She used the exact same words as my past situationship, and I got dumped after that. I hope you guys understand what I'm saying. 🥀

And it really sucks when girls say, "You are a good guy, but you aren't the one I want." Just simply say, "I don't want you," and stop saying "You are a nice/good guy." You might think it makes us feel good, but it doesn't. Trust me, it doesn't feel good at all—it hurts. 💔💔

TLDR :- i disappeared for a few hours after a fight, and my angry girlfriend told me, "You're a good guy, but you aren't the one I want." These exact words triggered deep trauma from high school when a situationship said the same thing right before dumping me. Even though my girlfriend apologized the next morning, I’m terrified history is repeating itself. Saying "you're nice" doesn't soften the blow it just hurts.

Hi guys, i have a quick question.

Is it worth pursuing data analytics if i don't have a tech/math degree? I have a BBA and I'm willing to learn.

I'm just wondering if it's worth even following or if I'm setting myself up for a job search failure
