Hi all, I’ve heard that Maleceptors are one of our best units and a staple of any good list. I’m curious as what makes them so good. They have an impressive profile and a solid ability, but I’m curious about what interactions propel them into their status.

Game went well had an issue turn 1 tho everything I've seen and read (aswell as everyone else there) says that spore mines can charge after being deployed by biovor but his ai assistant said no so he got a bit stroppy at me so wondering if anyone could clear that up for me who's up to date on the rules and how it works with the abilities to blow up in 3 inch

Been fiddling around with leftovers from my other kitbashes; made this little (13cm) guy. Minicompare suggests that's roughly Mawloc size, but, well, it's Minicompare

Very straight forward question. The Neurotyrant gives its unit +1 to wound against battle shocked units. Neurolictor gives +1 to wound on all attacks against battle shocked units while it's within 12" of that unit. Do these stack? Does a 4+ to wound become a 2+ to wound?

I’ve been working on an unconventional list based around Warriors and Raveners, Synaptic Nexus and Warrior Bioform detachments.

The Warriors are the meat and potatoes, OC, shooting and mild melee, cheap cost for wounds and 5++, access to AoC with Nexus.

The 2 dirty bricks of Hyper and normal Raveners, these are the anti tank, to steamroll most things.

The Nexus ‘Irresistible Will’ Strat with baked in sustained should make all the above efficient.

What your thoughts on this as a backbone and the supporting unit choices?

I’m tempted to make some paint recipe cards for these dudes, would that be a useful resource for people?

Hey all, title pretty much explains the whole situation. Planning to run 3 Paroxysms, word of mouth and my current understanding suggests it stacks on the conditions that you can’t reduce the enemy’s attacks lower than 1.

Just need an official statement or source I can pull up to verify it. I know that there’s some people who are gonna call bs and I don’t wanna have a 40 minute argument every time.

If I’m actually confidently wrong please correct me before I commit to this bit and buy 2 more kits.
