That’s because Rockstar employees are paid properly

Underrated comment. It's easier to save on costs when your employees are underpaid.

when is the release date in UAE? Will it be compatible with PS5? or Gaming PC?

Geekay has started accepting pre-orders. It will be launched for PS5 and XBOX. Official release date according to Geekay's site is Nov. 19.

Why would you use Geekay when its a digital download game? I am all for supporting businesses and I would prefer a physical copy. I just don't really see the upside.
Its a digital licence linked to an account.
Honest question as I sadly do not see the point in buying an empty box with a code in it. You may as well just buy on PSN and pre-download the game.

I just saw their ad. I can't buy physical copies since my PS5 is the digital version, which totally sucks because I can't buy used PS4 and PS5 games.

I have found used games in the UAE to be kind of expensive. Not really looked at them since the PS4 times and a little before I got my Switch hacked.
Growing up the big brands (like Game Stop) shops would do trade'ins for games all the time. which was great. trade in some old games for a new one, or look through all the used games for a bargain.
I found one mall in Abu Dhabi that has a lot of used games and several shops, but its like they all agree on certain prices. Not quite the same.
I guess there is always FB and Dubizzle which I have browsed a lot but can never be bothered with the hassle.

Bought it to console share with my usa account for gta online eventually (unless they make gta online a separate release which is definitely possible)

Burj is a cash producing machine whilst the gta will probably barely cover the production costs

GTA 5 has made over 10.5 billion dollars in its lifetime. There’s much more hype going on around GTA 6. And the game would definitely be running for at least 20 years knowing rockstar. So they’ll get their money back before you know it. I think alone thus far, they have made close to $600 million from pre-orders alone.

GTA 5 has grossed about $10 billion in net revenue since it was released 13 years ago. It made $800 million on release day, and hit $1 billion within three days.
Sure the Burj makes a bunch of money, but how much do you think it takes to operate it? I’ll give you a hint: a whole lot more than software

The Burj was funded by presale and the maintenance is paid for by residents. It’s zero cost to Emaar.

About 90% of the residential units, but all of the office units.
Because so many units were bought with the unit to flip, or long-term investments, the building wasn't filled for quite a long time, which limits service and other fees that can be charged.
Nonetheless, GTA is considerably more profitable. The last few releases have made their money back within days, and GTA online is a cash cow. Their margins are insane.
