Hey, I’m really sorry you’re hurting this much. I may not fully understand what you’re going through, but I’m not going to judge you or tell you to simply “stay strong.” You don’t have to figure everything out tonight.

Please, just focus on getting through this moment. You don’t have to make any permanent decisions while you’re in this much pain. If you can, stay around someone you trust and don’t be alone right now. Put some distance between yourself and anything you could use to hurt yourself.

Please tell someone you trust exactly how serious this feels, even if it’s difficult to say out loud. You deserve help with this, and you deserve to have someone sit with you through the worst of it.

Along with the psychiatric help, don’t spend too much time alone! Find ASAP at least one hobby, sport, volunteer activity, go to the mosque or church. At least one of these even if you don’t feel to! By experience. We pray for you ❤️ please stay strong.

Do you have friends you can talk to? Professional help is great but you also need support outside of that. A session once a week is very limited.
