CURIOUS
Do any of you experience a rocking/bobbing/swaying (like MdDS) with your UARS? I'm trying to ascertain if my UARS/SA is the actual cause of this particular form of vertigo for me...? 🤔 (alongside/due to my OI too).
Thanks guys 😊

I can't give you an answer because I haven't fixed it. But around the time of my diagnosis of SDB I had this going on. Thought it was a stroke.
I kept calling it vertigo because it seems like the best term, but a doctor told me vertigo is more for dizziness and room spinning. He referred to mine as "poor balance" lol. I guess how described it as "rocking/bobbing/swaying would be most accurate.
After focusing on improving nasal breathing I have been sleeping much better, we will see if it improves.

Nice. Took me years to figure that out

unfortunately I got the PPPD diagnosis, which is kind of on the side of...."we couldn't find anything wrong, but patient complains of balance problems". I'm glad it worked for you.
I did exercises religiously and it didn't help. However, I do them for fun sometimes now to see if I am improving by treating my sleep and I definitely am.

I do. But then I got diagnosed with a vestibular disorder. They showed up at the same time for me. Go find a vestibular pt who can diagnose you and give you exercises

Do you have any symptoms of eustachian tube dysfunction? That can cause balance issues.
