Disclosure For the Hardcore UFOs followers who have followed this subject for a long time, what ontological shock or worldview shift would you have if The Phenomenon disclosure was rooted deeply into what we consider mythology or religion, and was real?

Like everyone else on this topic, I’m kind of tired of getting my chained jerked around so to speak. I know not everyone is knee deep in this topic, but this is a post and discussion for those of us that are and don’t need to be brought up to speed.

I want a serious discussion here, no insults or attacks, nor negativity. Plenty of other spaces on the internet to take that to. The discussion being about the reality of the phenomenon. This is not about nuts and bolts. This is revolving around what many would call “woo”.

By now, we’ve had Roswell, Brazil, Kingman, Magenta crashes of “UFOs” that are in the zeitgeist. We’ve had whistleblowers, some more credibility than in others, possibly psyop counterintelligence by some: Lue Elizondo, David Grusch, Matthew Brown, Dyland Borland, people testifying before congress. We’ve had congressmen and women that have appeared to have taken this seriously.

We’ve had the James Latcatski, Jay Stratton, Skinwalkers, Kona Blue intelligence bunch.

I’ve also taken my time the past 18 months to go through every book, podcast, presentation, congressional hearing to intake the entirety of what the subject has to offer including but not limited to:

David Grusch, Jaques Vallee, John Keel, James Latcatski, Stnaton Friedman, George Knapp, Ross Coulthart, Richard Dolan, Avi Loeb, Diana Pasulka, James Randi, Steven Greer, Chris Bledsoe, Matthew Brown, Robert Hastings, Phil Schneider, Richard Doty, David Fravor, Leslie Kean, Garry Nolan, Jeremy Corbell, J Allen Hynek, Robert Salas, Linda Moulton Howe, Tom DeLonge, Bob Lazar, Whitley Streiber, Uri Geller, Phil Corso, Nick Redfern, Hal Putoff, Robert Bigelow and more.

It was a tremendous undertaking, I’ve had to sift through a lot of weeds, but I have a better idea now, of how it’s being framed. Can we trust any of these people? Maybe not. But what I have gotten out of this all and what I’d like to discuss among the UFOs crowd is this:

When we discuss the WHO are they, we get something along the lines of dimensional, religious, mythology, control system type entities.

What I mean by this, the name or religion doesn’t matter. In this context its framing. For simplicity sake, let’s just call them The Others. What some have described as the gods from the Vedas or Greek mythology, angels or demons in Judaism and Christianity, jinn in Islam, all the way to modern times. Jaques Vallee has been documenting it since the 60’s and thinks The Others adapt to whatever the current era or culture can relate to.

When any of the hardcore researchers who aren’t ex military talk about this subject, they all start to drift away from the idea of extraterrestrials from hundreds of light years away, and start drifting into entities that have a relationship with mankind, they’ve been here as long as we have and possibly longer than us.

This angers a lot of non religious people, which is why I’d just like to call them The Others in this discussion because I don’t want to imply religion got it correct. But perhaps remnants of ancient mythology, ancient Israelite texts, ancient Roman Catholic archives and scrolls, etc.  have been humanity’s attempt to decipher our relationship with The Others.

This does not mean we have to accept it as face value as the complete truth or even truth in general, nor do we have to take a side like the Collins Elite thinking its purely demonic, or go full Steven Greer that its all sunshine fairies and rainbows and love.

From what I’ve gathered from all of my reading and consumption of the materials, there seems to be factions at odds with one another, and humanity is somehow caught in between.

We currently don’t have 100% evidence. We have books, testimony, whistleblowers, academics, researchers, pilots, ex military, and of course, the experiencers themselves. We may never in our lifetime get we what we consider 100% evidence. For the sake of the discussion, I want to know your thoughts on let’s assume a couple things:

1)      The Others are real and presently interacting with us, and have been for a very, very long time

2)      That mythology and religion were humans describing what they saw or witnessed, and it wasn’t just made up

Now, The Others are known to be extremely deceptive. Like a trickster. So assuming this, someone say, in the Bible, might have genuinely had contact with The Others, wrote down what was communicated to them, and people accepted it as truth. This may not be the case, and if you really go down the mythology and religion rabbit hole, it’s almost as if it’s designed to pit one part of humanity against the other.

Let’s pretend that the ufologists for lack of a better word, those that have stated it runs along the lines of deities, gods, angels, jinn, etc.  are being transparent and honest, that’s the ontological shock. That being known 3,000 years ago as “Zeus” to the Greeks? Yeah, he’s real.  The wars that happened in the Vedas? It really happened. That Judaic god Yahweh that commanded the Hebrews to slaughter other nations? Believe it or not, it’s real.

Let that sink in for a moment. For all the talk we hear of ontological shock, really sit and force your mindset for a minute to pretend that came out, with evidence, as the 100% truth and nothing but the truth. That would really change how you viewed reality and our place in it. Who really controls the show? And what perhaps is their relationship with us. It’s why they’re telepathic, because they operate on the spectrum of consciousness at its base level that us material beings cannot fully grasp.

Now the discussion:

What questions would you have?  Would you be angry with the government that tried to cover this all up? Would your worldview be shaken enough to keep going to your 9-5 and paying taxes knowing this universe (not physically) is so much more vast than we thought?  That the idea of atheism vanishes overnight and we suddenly have to reconfigure how we want to live and approach our lives? Would our life have more or less meaning? Would many wars on religious grounds cease to exist? Would we have to reconsider if it’s a trickster element, trying to pull us away from something even greater than them? In terms of creation and the source of how the universe works or came to be?  I find it fascinating and a good ontological thought experiment.  What’s your take in this scenario of The Others?

Stella Lansing was a Massachusetts UFO contactee who photographed and filmed a number of alleged UFOs, anomalous lights, and unusual figures during the 1960s and 1970s. Psychiatrist Berthold Eric Schwarz investigated Lansing’s cases and published several of the images in Flying Saucer Review. These included the Occupants, an alleged UFOnaut, “Pete the Ghost,” The Monk, recurring clocklike formations, anomalous lights, and a number of other unusual figures and images.

I archived all the images I could find, related to her story.

Enjoy!

Historical How MJ-12 Documents, Corso's Pentagon Files, Grusch, Elizondo, and Others Tell the Same 70-Year Cover-Up Story

The claims surrounding the recovery and reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technology present a complex puzzle spanning over seven decades. On one side is the micro-level account provided by Major Jesse Marcel and Philip J. Corso’s manuscript Dawn of a New Age (https://archive.org/stream/PhilipJ.Corso-DawnOfANewAge/PhilipJ.Corso-DawnOfANewAge_djvu.txt), supplemented by Corso's public interviews. On the macro level is the bureaucratic framework outlined in the Majestic-12 (MJ-12) documents (https://majesticdocuments.com), Cold War treaties, and modern congressional whistleblower testimony.

By analyzing this evidence chronologically, a highly detailed, cohesive narrative of institutional secrecy, technological acquisition, and geopolitical paranoia emerges.

1947: The Crash, the Witnesses, and the Initial Assessment

The narrative begins with the July 1947 Roswell incident. On July 8, 1947, the Roswell Daily Record published an official military press release that shocked the world with the headline: "RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region." Though quickly replaced with a weather balloon cover story, the initial admission set the stage for decades of inquiry.

Major Jesse Marcel, the 509th Bomb Group intelligence officer who investigated the debris, stated in later interviews that the material "was not of this earth," describing a virtually weightless foil-like substance that could not be bent, torn, or dented with a sledgehammer. His son, Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr., corroborated this, recalling how his father brought pieces of the wreckage home, famously describing small "I-beams" bearing pink and purple symbols resembling alien "hieroglyphics."

Philip Corso’s manuscript directly integrates these specific eyewitness accounts into the military's R&D pipeline:

- The Hieroglyphics: Corso documented the presence of "I beams pieces... [with] strange hieroglyphic typewriting symbols across inner surface... pink and purple".

- Fiber Optics: Corso wrote, "At the Roswell Crash, what was thought to be broken wiring harnesses was found... The color emitting was from a type of fiber optics".

- Microchips: "We had in our possession a transistor with hair-like wires and leads, and a chip in a stack of thin, uniformly shaped wafer-like components".

- Super Tenacity Fibers: Corso stated, "We had found a single strand of fiber that the sharpest razor could not cut and it could not be broken... Cross-stitched fibers made possible stealth technology and thousands of civilian aircraft are almost totally of composite manufacture".

- Metals and Molecular Alignment: Corso reported, "Reports from our laboratories on a piece of metal from Roswell showed the molecules/atoms had been aligned, this alignment created an incredible hardness, whereby it could not be scratched, bent, dented and repelled cosmic action and radiation".

- Lasers: Corso explained, "Some help and a technical basis came from Roswell on 'light amplication through simulated emission of radiation.'... We felt this was the EBE'S method of communication over vast distances in space".

- Fluid Amplification: Corso described, "This control of streams by other streams eliminated the need for mechanical moving parts... It was believed that this technology was involved in the guidance and propulsion of UFO's".

- Image Intensifiers (Night Vision): Corso wrote, "CONQUEST OF DARKNESS - IMAGE INTENSIFIERS They were called night viewing devices or army night vision... Information gathered at the Roswell Crash was fed into the system".

Corso detailed how the military funneled recovered artifacts to private industry, noting that "the partners that we sought and gathered were U.S. industry, a strong laboratory support, and many leading universities" by contacting "the top 25 industries on the Fortune 500 list". Among these specific corporate partnerships, Corso credited Bell Laboratories for being "in the forefront" of turning color-emitting crash debris into the greatest advancement in communication through fiber optics. He also identified Monsanto, noting they attempted to "mass produce a spider silk protein from a gene cloned by U.S. Army researchers," alongside the University of Wyoming and Dow Corning, which continued learning how to clone it for super tenacity fibers. Additionally, Corso pointed to Radio Corporation of America (RCA) for developing nine portable laser range finders for the Army Signal Corps in 1962, and noted that GE Company engineers used laser light beams to "strike holes in diamonds". Finally, he explicitly named Hughes Aircraft Co., Sperry Rand, and Raytheon among the "hundreds of industries" deeply involved in the intensive research and development of lasers.

In his later Coast to Coast AM interviews, Corso expanded on these details. He described handling a silvery "memory metal" foil that effortlessly returned to its original shape. He also claimed he personally saw five casket-like boxes containing small entities with skinny limbs, large heads, and black, round eyes. Corso asserted that these engineered clones functioned as a "biological guiding system" for the ship.

The MJ-12 documents supply the organizational response. General Nathan Twining’s alleged 1947 "White Hot" report (https://majesticdocuments.com/documents/majestic-documents/documents-dated-1948-1959/) offers a foundational technical assessment, concluding definitively that "the object was not manufactured by the US, Germany, or Russia."

Modern whistleblowers validate the non-human origin point. Former intelligence officer David Grusch testified before Congress in 2023 that the U.S. maintains a "Crash Retrieval Program" and that he has seen evidence of "recovered vehicles... a bunch of different morphologies from eggs, to discs, to crescent moon boomerang-type vehicles." He also testified that "biologics" of nonhuman origin were recovered.

In his 2024 memoir Imminent, former Pentagon official and Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) director Luis Elizondo claimed the U.S. government recovered wreckage and four non-human bodies from a 1947 Roswell crash as part of a multi-decade crash-retrieval program involving private contractors. The Department of Defense has officially denied these claims, asserting there is no verifiable evidence of extraterrestrial craft or reverse-engineering programs.

1952–1954: MJ-12, Bureaucracy, and Compartmentalization

As the recovery operation expanded, it evolved into a highly secretive bureaucracy. Corso served on the National Security Council (NSC) under President Dwight D. Eisenhower. He noted his deep access: "I was given 'Eyes Only' access, at the NSC, of the White House". He also stated that the term "Extra-Terrestrial Biological Entities" was established at the highest levels of the White House.

The MJ-12 documents perfectly align with this era of bureaucratic entrenchment:

- The Eisenhower Briefing Document (1952) (https://majesticdocuments.com/documents/majestic-documents/documents-dated-1948-1959/): Corso's manuscript acknowledges this exact file, writing, "The document was entitled 'Briefing Document: Operation Majestic 12 Prepared for President-Elect Dwight D. Eisenhower (Eyes Only) 18 November 1952'". The document confirms its supreme authority, stating: "OPERATION MAJESTIC-12 is a TOP SECRET Research and Development/ Intelligence Operation responsible directly and only to the President of the United States." It explicitly details a craft that "crashed in a remote region of New Mexico."

- The SOM1-01 Manual (1954) (https://majesticdocuments.com/resources/books-products/): Officially titled "Extraterrestrial Entities and Technology, Recovery and Disposal," this manual standardized the military procedures for securing crash sites.

- The Cutler-Twining Memo (1954) (https://majesticdocuments.com/documents/majestic-documents/documents-dated-1948-1959/): Discovered in the National Archives, this memo explicitly scheduled a meeting for the "NSC/MJ-12 Special Studies Project."

1958–1963: The Golden Age of R&D and the JFK Crisis

Corso claimed that "The Golden Age of R&D (1958-1963) blossomed" for the U.S. Army. Under General Arthur Trudeau, Corso acted as the chief of the Foreign Technology Division to seed alien artifacts to the "top 25 industries on the Fortune 500 list". To bypass security concerns, Corso claimed they camouflaged the alien technology: "Soviet secrets, German advances and out of this world technology was a perfect mix to camouflage any operation". In his broadcast interviews, Corso stated that autopsy reports of the EBEs revealed a "third eyelid" designed to collect light, which directly inspired the development of modern night vision goggles.

While Corso seeded technology, a massive political crisis brewed. The MJ-12 "Burned Memo" (https://majesticdocuments.com/documents/majestic-documents/documents-dated-1960-1969/) reveals a panicked intelligence community dealing with President John F. Kennedy. Kennedy reportedly pushed to share UFO intelligence with the Soviet Union to prevent an accidental nuclear war. The memo refers to JFK by his Secret Service code name, stating that "LANCER has made some inquiries regarding our activities which we cannot allow."

Elizondo echoes this historical tension, noting that the "geopolitical arms race to reverse-engineer UAP technology" has been a primary driver behind the ongoing cover-up.

1964: Holloman Air Force Base Landing

The Holloman AFB UFO incident centers on a supposed pre-arranged extraterrestrial encounter that took place in April 1964. According to the accounts, three glowing, lens-shaped craft approached the New Mexico military installation. While two craft broke off and departed, the third landed directly on the runway. Three high-ranking Air Force officers were reportedly waiting on the tarmac to greet a tall being that emerged from the craft, after which the group retreated into a nearby hangar. A military combat photographer aboard a helicopter was allegedly ordered to capture the entire event on 16mm film.

In a 1992 lecture, retired Army Sgt. Clifford Stone detailed his own efforts to verify this event during the late 1980s. Stone had acquired a partially redacted file known as the "Snowbird Document," which explicitly mentioned that contact was established with an alien group and that a landing occurred at Holloman on April 24, 1964. In 1987, Stone enlisted the help of Senator Pete Domenici's office to query the National Security Agency (NSA) about the document's validity. The NSA refused to confirm or deny the document, flagging the inquiry as a matter of "national security policy." Stone alleged that asking these questions triggered severe institutional retaliation, leading his superiors to launch a campaign of isolation, psychological intimidation, and revoked security clearances in an attempt to force his removal from the military.

Decades later, in a 2026 interview, astrophysicist Dr. Eric Davis provided high-level corroboration, detailing a private conversation he had with former President George H.W. Bush in 2003. According to Davis, Bush explicitly confirmed that the Holloman landing took place in April 1964, putting to rest rumors that it had happened in 1970. Bush stated that he was first briefed on the incident when he became CIA Director under President Gerald Ford in 1976. Describing the concept as an "ontological shock," Bush requested to view the 16mm film and the accompanying written reports. However, a Pentagon liaison officer denied the request, informing the sitting CIA Director that he lacked a "need to know" and that accessing those strictly compartmentalized files required specific presidential authorization.

1969: Indiantown Gap Crash Retrieval

During his military service as an NBC (Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical) NCO, Clifford Stone participated in an extraterrestrial recovery mission in 1969 under the guise of a field training exercise at Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. According to Stone, his team was deployed near midnight to a location where floodlights illuminated a "hill-shaped object" that "looked like the heel of a shoe... with the back of the heel into the ground at about a 45-degree angle." Instructed to approach the craft with a Geiger counter, Stone observed the cockpit and "a kidney-like opening on the side of the craft lying halfway in, halfway out, was what we'd call a typical gray." Standing approximately 20 to 25 feet away on the crater's berm, he immediately recognized the entity was deceased, noting that "the right side was down onto the body of the craft where it was trying to crawl out. The eyes were closed," and its mouth looked distorted as if "it was in pain."

1970s–1980s: Treaties, Star Wars, and Cold War Diplomacy

Corso firmly believed that the extraterrestrial presence was hostile. He outlined their threats directly: "The EBEs, with impunity have performed many acts of war in which they utilized advanced equipment and superior techniques". Because the government officially denied their existence, Corso argued that the military was forced to develop countermeasures in secret: "We never proceeded on the premise that this enemy never existed and so 'Star Wars' was born".

This military paranoia bled into actual Cold War diplomacy. Kennedy's alleged fears of an accidental nuclear war triggered by a UFO were legally addressed in the 1971 Agreement on Measures to Reduce the Risk of Outbreak of Nuclear War (https://2009-2017.state.gov/t/isn/4692.htm). Article 3 required both nations to notify each other immediately if early warning radars detected "unidentified objects."

The concern over a cosmic threat culminated at the November 1985 Geneva Summit. President Ronald Reagan suggested to Soviet Chairman Mikhail Gorbachev that an alien threat would unite the world. Corso included this in his manuscript: "On Sept. 21, 1987, President Regan again said, 'I occasionally think how quickly our differences would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world'". Gorbachev agreed: "Gorbachev assured President Reagan that if an attack came from outer space, they would join us to counter the threat".

Conclusion

The convergence of historical witness testimony, Corso's logistical claims, the bureaucratic roadmap of MJ-12, and modern whistleblower statements forms a remarkably consistent narrative. It points to a decades-long effort to secure, reverse-engineer, and conceal extraterrestrial technology. As Elizondo insists today, it is "only a matter of time before a sitting US president steps to the podium, and tells the world that we are not the only intelligent life."

Question book recommendations?

hi guys!

i’m sorry if this has been asked recently but i recently watched a newer documentary on Bob Lazar on Amazon Prime, and truthfully all i am thinking about is UFOs or anything of that nature.

i was very into UFOs with my dad growing up and while i still love the unknown i haven’t even read or watched anything about the topic since middle school and i am now 28.

so if there are any reading material that is an absolute necessity for the topic of UFOs, i would absolutely love to pick them up and start actually learning more again!!

thanks so much in advance!!

Can we agree on 3 fundamental aspects of the UFO phenomenon? If we wanted to set up some axioms for study or just consideration what 3 data points might be the most agreed upon?

examples:

- consciousness is a major aspect

- there is probably some group, company, foundation or "breakaway civilization" keeping things hidden

- if UFOs can travel very fast through space and since spacetime are connected, then UFOs are, on some level, time machines

- there is probably some aspect of AI involved with UFOs, be it ancient AI, present or future

- sentient plasma (plasmoids) are a significant part of the UFO phenomenon

- there is an 80 year psy-op that the US government has been undergoing in an effort to confuse the issue and protect what they know and have

etc...

Whistleblower Lou Elizondo interview for Cappy Army

https://open.spotify.com/episode/3JNgiFbYpIFDcH522wI94o?si=32c33b11b6ea4635

Watcher of Cappy Army on Youtube, who's put out some great videos on UFO files so far (surprising because they're a military and geopolitics channel). Just caught that they put up a podcast with Lou, I think it's going to be an episode too? Idk.

Not sure there's anything new, but if you're interested in defense topics it's interesting to see him answer some of the questions framed around UFO/UAP and its impact on national defense. I really liked the question about what kind of scenario would exist if the US was really shooting down these craft- why would they even consider doing something like that?

There's also a part at the front about the hitchhiker phenomenon which I thought was fascinating. Anyways, good listen specially if you enjoy a defense perspective on the topic.
