Hi! I’m from Iraq (Mesopotamia), and I tried an English breakfast for the first time in my life

Honestly, the scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious. The sausages and cheese were really good too and the Spicy fried potatoes idk about this it was too spicy for me because I don’t like spicy food at all and I’m not sure whether it’s actually part of traditional British breakfast culture ahh idk really but …
The problem was that I couldn’t get used to the taste of the beans with the mushrooms. The combination was really strange to me, and having beans on an empty stomach felt quite heavy.
You might ask Would you try it again?Yes I definitely would but maybe at a different restaurant Perhaps they can make it much tastier than the one I tried .. tysm for reading all that and do you guys give me any advices ? Or notes I will be happy to because I wanna really try more things from British kitchen.

Quorn mince, carrot, onion, celery and courgette. Wholegrain mustard and Cholula chipotle sauce added to the gravy for extra flavour. Bloody lovely and will be getting made more as the evenings cool down.

Standardise food package portion sizes to prevent deceptive nutrition labelling

Standardise food package portion sizes to prevent deceptive nutrition labelling
Amend the Food Information Regulations 2014 to legally define and standardise "portion" and "serving" sizes based on typical single-sitting consumer eating habits. Parliament must mandate that any product reasonably consumed by one person in a single sitting must be labelled as one single serving.
Currently, food manufacturers can arbitrarily declare serving counts on packaging. This allows single-serving items (like individual salad kits) to be legally labelled as "serves 2" or "serves 4."This loophole creates a deceptive "health halo." By dividing the total product contents into unrealistic fragments, brands artificially slash the calories, fat, sugar, and salt displayed on front-of-pack traffic light labels. It also masks shrinkflation, leaving consumers feeling misled and ripped off.

With all the high risk food recalls in the US due to deregulation - Would this affect imported food in the UK? (Costco, etc.)

I'm an artist and I make prints each month based on a theme, this one was 'Cider orchard'. I know you can't really get cut crystal pint glasses but I thought it was a fun nod at the popular cocktail illustrations..I'm not a negroni sort of girl..

For the referance photo I bought a piece of Edinburgh crystal (very reasonable ebay purchase!) and adjusted it in photoshop before carving the 6 layers out of lino ❤️

I have lost my appetite for the past week or so. The only thing to do was to go back to simple but tasty. I decided on Burger and Chips. The girlfriend made the patties and I cooked everything. The onion relish was awesome.

**BURGER STACK (bottom to top)**
*Lightly toasted base*
*Cream cheese*
*Jalapeño* (on mine)
*Shredded lettuce*
*Sliced tomatoes*
*Pattie*
*Slice of melted mozzarella cheese*
*Onion relish* (coffee, apple cider and cherries)
Lightly toasted top

Two smash burgers with cheese, salad, sliced chillies, and hot sauce in a brioche bun. Delicious but disappointingly mild heat. £8.50 plus £4 for the tater tots.
