Same Mess Different Year

I emailed about my refund and was told my financial aid hasn't even been applied yet, but I have a negative balance in Pete's Payment and my financial aid is being shown there as well.

How do they manage this every year with multiple students? The semester literally starts already i dont get it

what does your pete payment account say? is it in negative or 0?

I am in summer classes and it still has a negative balance.

I'm having the same issues. Today, I had an appt with the SBS (Pete's payment) and they sent me to the Financial Aid office. I just did a walk in and they said my financial aid should be reflected in my account late Monday, or Tuesday morning at the latest. I also made an appt with a financial aid advisor on Wednesday just in case.

Same, I contacted SBS who told me to FA and FA told me to go to SBS....🫠🫠🫠

No one has gotten back to me yet, hopefully i get an email monday because I do not want to deal with this mess on top of the semester starting

I applied for a dependency override in the second week of July, so that way I could try to get paydirt promise working, I submitted the form and they barely said that my form was submitted August 7. They said to give it two weeks, and it’s already been four…
