NFA injunction/partial repeal

Well folks the doj let it lapse. When do we think our wonderful state will make some kind of statement? They were party to the suit after all.

I'm a dealer for liability reasons I'm waiting until some sort of official statement is released by the ATF before I'm going to start transfers

So all of this essentially means 4473 instead of Form 4? Do I understand correctly?

Yeah, no dealer wants to be stuck with a bunch of serial numbers that eforms.atf.gov says our in their inventory still.

Monday the ATF is going to have a meeting and roll out new compliance.

Also the ATF is having a huge meeting in Dallas in Sept. during that meeting they’re going to explain the changes in other areas.
