I see a Major Class Action Law Suit in the works for Uber Drivers Decrease Base Pay and Stealng Tip Pay by Conversion. That is illegal no matter if you are a Contractor or not.

Frustrated selfies

Just a question for my fellow drivers... Ever since the new update with the camera recording deliveries, every 2 or 3 deliveries, it forces me to take another selfie. Obviously not a problem with the selfie itself because I'm me... But when you're doing quest and in the middle of a hot zone and stacking orders, the app shutting down until you take a selfie after 2 or 3 drop offs is hella frustrating, anybody have any ideas on how to stop this.. Obviously I understand the picture to start off each day.. But after every 2,3 deliveries even if it hasn't been an hour yet is super frustrating... Any suggestions are welcomed

I’ve never accepted a cash delivery and my balance is positive yet this notification thinks otherwise???

Hello everyone, I've been a food delivery driver for quite some time but never came across something like this. Recently my account has been hacked and I was prepared for it but just not quite as prepared because in the past a couple of my friends accounts have been hacked and I fell right into their footsteps. I need someone's help to get my account reactivated. They said that something was wrong with the photo but I took a new one and sent it to them. Even with holding my license in the frame as well. I asked AI where I should go for this type of situation and they said to go to a green light hub Uber but none of them are open in my area or they are temporarily closed. If anyone can help me out please let me know as this is my only income or source of doing full-time Uber eats delivery driver.

For the last 10 days or so, I get asked to take a selfie after every 3 deliveries... This is really annoying and stops the flow of orders when I'm getting them stacked on top of each other, then have to wait to drop off the third order to take a picture... Is anyone else having this issue with super frequent selfies

Got this Home Depot offer this morning: $23.82, 8 stops, 108 minutes.
But am I missing something, or does Uber seriously not tell you how many items you’re picking up?
It shows Home Depot + another pickup + 6 drop-offs, but nothing about what’s actually going in the car. That seems like a pretty important detail for a Home Depot order 😂
Could be six small packages… could be half the lumber department.
Anyone done one of these? Do you find out the item count after accepting?

After 10 years Uber has put my driving and delivering account on hold saying there is a potential problem with the social security number on file for me. Very strange! Anyone else have this happen?

worst experience i’ve had as a driver. Signed up to be an Avis valet for car rental to deliver vehicles to folks that rent them and did my first in LA for $33 dollars but spend $21 on Uber to drive me back 10 miles ! So for $12 it’s not worth the 2 hours i spent delivering a car ! It actually ridiculous because you are stranded in an area you are not familiar with and it 10 miles to walk back or take a bus that i haven’t been on since high school

I attempted to pick up an order at a restaurant
The restaurant didn't have the item and contacted the customer to cancel the order. Customer refused to cancel saying it's not on him. He wants his money back rather than going back-and-forth. I just called Support. Let them know that the order couldn't be fulfilled and low and behold, they canceled the order and then remove the cancellation without me having to escalate. This is a first.

These offers havent been too damn terrible lately, for a rural area like mine, but get within 20 minutes of a big city and shit like this floods you...

Does one traffic citation disqualify you from driving. Its my first and has a good chance at being thrown out once its litigated. Whats weird is i got background check emails from all the apps not long after this happened. I can still drive for the other apps but am unable to log on to uber. Tells me to go to checker.
