Other Who is that?

I finished the game but this dude is still so mysterious.

Will we see them in next update? But even so, why would it be the only "?" one on my screen because the final update at least contain 2 new enemies which are the Final Boss and the P-3.

Enjoy it! It’s a pretty fun level. It has a unique boss found only in that level, and isn’t too difficult.
