Hey my dude! Wish you the best in your project!
So, small things (mistakes I made):
some assets from FAB are really cool, but watch the triangles count before importing. Those with millions of triangles are sure detailed, but a nightmare for optimization. Remember, you can reduce the number of your meshes triangles with the modelling tool (not the smoothiest way, but sure way faster).
look at the textures size too before importing. 8k and 4k textures should not be your goal if you're making a game (especially the first one). Import with 1k or 2k max imo. (Optimization too).
try a short and simple game at first, not a MMORPG or an open world.
there are tons of free tuto on YouTube. Really helpful.
AI can sometimes help with blueprints and all, but honestly, it will make you mad most of the time since they'll talk about things that could not exist anymore/never existed.
Good luck! I was you 3 years ago. Now we're 3 people making good stuff (or not, but still loving making indie games).

Don't forget, people here are mostly dumb bricks that hasn't successfully made a game and gets salty whenever someone got a slimmer of hope in their eyes.
I'm glad you liked it, best of luck and success.

There are also many of what I said, not sure where you don't get that idea from.
Maybe try reading through the literal reddit community before talking back?
