Hey guys - I am a streamer/Content Creator and I've been wanting to get back into Valheim for quite sometime now. With the 1.0 release in the horizon, I want to get a group together (No more than 5) to start a fresh world and have some good old fun. Requirements:

I really want to make sure that everyone is vibing and that the chemistry is good, so I'm thinking of doing a trial world before the 1.0 release just to test the waters and make sure everyone gets along. This would be done off-stream. In terms of playstyle, ideally we'd do everything together and build a village as our home base, but with time/schedule differences the only non-negotiable is bosses must be completed as a group - Other than that, its all fair game : ) DM or reply here if you're interested!

We are looking to add people to our 7th playthrough, to the ashlands! We are a group of players that can dedicate 20 or more hours a week to valheim and we are looking for others that can do the same, we are only looking for players in the North American area to limit lag and playability issues.

This is a dedicated server which will run 24 hours a day 7 days a week no need to wait for someone to be on to play.

For those of you that love to build, we focus on a functional village like building style, big long houses for various uses, big buildings however we do play fast for example our last run we made it to the ashlands and beat fader in 380 valheim days that is roughly a week and a half of playtime.

A new age approaches! Odin has finished preparing our final challenge. So assemble! Steal your bodies and harden your hearts for our enemies know no mercy.

For those vikings bold and strong, here are the terms of this voyage:

1. A server that plays together at prearranged, regular times. Put it in your calendar.

2. We will have a roleplay focus that includes progressing through the game to the end. Everyone will come up with an on-theme name and a little backstory for you who think you were when you were among the living, something that fits with Valheim lore and Norse myth generally.

3. We will meet once a week for a 3-4 hour session every Friday or Saturday evening. Exact time TBD. The server will be down outside of those hours. Think of it like a game of D&D. Nothing happens in-universe between sessions. The first session will be the first weekend after the 1.0 release.

4. We'll play together with voice chat. So you'll need mic.

5. The server will be in the Eastern US, and it will be English only unless anyone knows any Norse.

6. Server will be vanilla and have the default world modifiers.

7. I've only gotten as far as Mountains, so inexperienced players are welcome.

I'm hoping to join a friendly PvE group that's already together or currently forming, ideally one that plays together once, maybe twice a week. I'd like to stick with the same group and progress through the game together.

I’m mostly looking for a vanilla world, but some quality-of-life stuff is okay. I've put a fair amount of time into Valheim, but I still haven't made it all the way through the Ashlands.

Playstyle-wise, I enjoy most things, tho gardening/fishing aren't my favorite. I tend to spend more time on exploring and I have spent hours and will spend more hours organizing inventory. I do spend some time on building, but I’d say my bases are best described as practical. 

I like to spread out and explore the whole world, with a mix of individual and group stuff. I like building way too many portals, but I love coming together for things like large resource runs, crypts, mines, boss fights, etc.

We are the Lost Vikings, a small group of random people who found each other through Valheim.

We have a dedicated server, though our group isn't the most active one. So for 1.0, we have decided to open our server and find some new meat to sacrifice.

All of us are veterans of the game, but we welcome anyone. With Playstation coming into the fold, we plan to have rules in place to make sure new players can enjoy the Valheim experience.

As for general rules we have: Don't be a dick, follow progressions/boss schedule, no excessive meta gaming

At this moment, we also have a small playtest server running.
This server has some modifications going, all 100% server side. This means you dont need to install anything on your end, and you can play from xbox. (I play xbox myself)

All the mods are written in EWP (Expand World Prefabs) and i'm learning as i go. We are play testing some of them now until the full release drops.

The current mod set up is: harder difficulty but more rewarding, with addition of QoL stuff.
Vanilla settings are used, but the enemies are scripted to have more heavy spawn rates and more starred enemies. In return, there are more ways to heal and survive combat.
There are also loot modifiers active to make grinding basic materials a lot faster and easier, while keeping progression loot more of a challenge.
QoL stuff: few examples, boats have more storage, workbenches allow you to build further and dont require a roof, boats being destroyed will have their materials dropped in a box instead of lost to the ocean, spikes have more durability.

At this point, the modifications only extend into the Black Forest and Swamp, with the Mountains probably following near the end of the month. So you are more then welcome to jump in for the next week and a half, and get a feeling for the server and its people.

Who it is for

People who want to play the game slowly with the same faces, rather than a server that hands you flight and a marketplace in the first hour. If you want god-tier tools there are excellent modded servers out there and this is not one of them.

There is also a community side to it that is not tied to the server: a place for questions, builds and finding people to play with, whether or not you ever join the world.

Ten slots means most people who want in will not get in this season. That is not scarcity marketing, it is what ten means.

Holaa! Me compré el Valheim, pero la verdad es que me desanima un poco no tener con quién jugarlo. Tengo muchas ganas de probarlo, pero tampoco entiendo demasiado del juego, así que estaría buenísimo encontrar a alguien que quiera jugar conmigo y, si sabe, guiarme un poquito.

Lo único parecido que jugué (según Geminis, es la versión en el móvil) es Frostborn, que también es de supervivencia, así que tengo una mínima idea creo, pero Valheim sería bastante nuevo para mí.

Quiero empezar a usar más la compu para jugar, así que si alguien está en la misma que yo y quiere empezar de cero juntos, aprender y descubrir el juego sobre la marcha, messirve.
