Jock straps

Everyone seems to swear by them. I fucking hate this thing. I have up on it before I left the house today. It won't stay still, I have to keep adjusting it, and I'm arguably in more pain with the damn thing pressed against my balls. Idk maybe I'm doing this wrong

I went with boxer briefs that had a pocket for ice in the front and I was fine. People swear by jock straps, but my testicles swelled up 2-3× normal, so I think a jock would have been painful. I needed something with some flexibility.

I tried both, and the boxer briefs with ice pack was way better. Wore them all the time the first few days.

I got a jockmail one from Amazon and it is my go to if the boys are a little sore. I actually bought two more because I was skeptical at first.

I went with compression underroos instead of a jock strap. Worked ok for the week I needed them. But man, was it hot in those rhinos. I think the ones I got were made to compress, not breathe.

Aussie here. Jockstraps are not a thing over here. I just used briefs that were a little tight. The same day as the procedure I basically stayed home and ice them every hour for around ten minutes.

My doctors told me to stay home and not stand for longer then 30 minutes for at least 7 days.

I hated it too. I stopped wearing it after day 6 though. It was causing more pain than the procedure itself did. I’m glad I took it off when I did. Way more comfortable now at day 9. If you’re recently completed I would push through for a few more days. If you’re past day 5 or 6 just take it off and wear your normal underwear.

My advice that made the jock work great for me was to size up. Kept everything in place without being tight

I got one of those jockstraps with gel ice packs. I ended up putting zip lock bag full of is in it and worked great. Didn’t really go out wearing it. For going out I bought speedo type Ralph Lauren underwear that kept everything in place. They were a bit uncomfortable at first, then I started wearing my normal boxer briefs overtop and was good

I never wore one after my snip. Briefs did the job just fine.

I wore one for a day and it was so uncomfortable. Before the procedure I ordered a pair of tight boxer briefs with an ice pouch. I wore those home and I'm glad I did.
The jock strap was super tight everywhere. I ended up putting normal boxer briefs on and putting it over so I could get some sleep.

I’m one of the guys who found a good pouch thong to be the way to go. At the time I bought a few pairs of MeUndies brand men’s thongs. Super comfortable, but I had to get over the idea of wearing a thong - and I’m glad I did.
