I got a 4 month old and he don’t like to sleep. Any spare moment I have goes to my own sleep right now

Completely fair response. My little one took my spot in the big bed so I’ve taken residence in the spare bedroom. You’ve only got a few more months until you’re out of one trench and back in the good one.

Not a "fucc" moment, yet. The value is <1HPF. This is very low and most likely make you sterile. But, don't risk it.
Reach out to your doctor and they'll probably tell you to give it 3 months and test again.
If it were a failed or partial vasectomy, I think you'd see a higher value. So, dont stress just yet.
P.S. I guess the fucc is because you're going to have to wear a cover for 3 more months... yeah. Well, don't take your chances just yet!

It’s the PS part yeah. We have a 4 month old and we know 3 couples right now that are pregnant with spontaneous twins. No chances will be taken 😭😭

My sympathies! I also had a "some seen" at my 3 months test. But mine was a newborn at that moment.
Small speed bump. It gets better. At least recovery should be mostly over by now!

More or less back to normal yeah I think i’ve tried everything but sex and lifting and it all seems to be in order

Well why fucc? Its less then 1? And it also Staates non Seen? There is No high Count or anything concerning.

The "Non seen" is the reference range. The expected value for a post-vasectomy analysis. The outcome in the test is in the red block. Where it says present.
That being said, they saw less than 1/HPF. Which is basically steril. But, not fully clean.
I suspect that there might be some in the pipes still. I would expect a higher value if it were a failed or partial vasectomy.

Not seen is the reference range. “PRESENT” is my result with rare sperm observed. So no cleared yet

Is this your 3 month test? If so, don't freak out just yet. There isn't a number, but the vasectomy test is a pass/fail generally speaking. You may very well just have a few dead ones still in the pipes.
Some guys take up to six months to test all clear. You have a duty before your next test to clear out the system as many times as possible. Now get to work!
