Does ejaculation feel the same?

The scariest thought about the procedure is that the amazing feeling of ejaculation will change or not be as amazing prior to the procedure. Is that the case or is the feeling of an orgasm equally as pleasurable as it was prior to the procedure?

This is the answer. I'm paying attention in a different way now and it's so much better...

If it was any different or worse, do you think anyone would do this?

Speaking for myself, my loads are less voluminous and the orgasms don’t feel as strong. I used to shoot cum, now it just oozes out like a volcano. That said, I would still get the procedure done 100% if I were given a choice. Sex is so much better without the fear of accidentally creating a human.

Mine hurts a little after 4 months

In my experience, the answer was no at the beginning. I was really hoping the accounts of there being a difference was all in people’s heads. But it truly felt more like my ejaculation was “holding its breath”. Like, the release wasn’t as forceful as it should’ve been.

That being said, this was temporary and it’s back to normal after a little over a month.

Whooot im sub 1month and realised the Same+ a loss of Volume i was a little concerned at the beginning.

u/NetgearWiFiPassword 1d ago

I've noticed my volume is significantly more oddly enough.

After some reseach it seems Like the Volume decreases in the first 1-2 months and then it rises again.

Exactly the same

For me no. But I’ve heard others to give it more time. My wife can tell it’s not as strong as before by me telling her and noticing me in action but not having more kids is more valuable at the moment

I think it feels better because there’s no worry of a possible oopsie.

Def still a worry, its just a much smaller chance now.

I shoot less far and have less volume now. The feeling of orgasm is the same although it does maybe miss the feeling of a big amount of liquid blasting out.

My husband had WAY less volume, and said “sometimes it just isn’t as good feeling” just means we go for round 2.

I can’t tell a difference. After the procedure things will be different. Not bad, just different

I can definitely tell a major difference. Build up is the same, release sucks by comparison. Ymvv

Same, 1 month post.  Did not expect that.

1

u/hereyougo123412 1d ago

That’s because there is less volume now. You don’t feel as much pressure as it rushes out. But volume usually rises back over time. Definitely don’t do anything stupid like play with sounding if your priority is getting that pressure back

1

u/GoldbergLemonade 1d ago

Way less sensation. Feels like a dud firework. Really sucks.

Best explanation of my state, 1 month post op.

If it felt any different then nobody would get a vasectomy.

People are so scared of the alleged “falling birth crisis“ that they are highly motivated to scare you.

It was different during the first month for me. Weaker orgasm.. missed a "punch". Around week 6, things were back to normal.

It still feels the same, though I think there is slightly less volume, but that could just be my mind messing with me.

1

u/Drock1114 1d ago

Actually was my first though lol

Can confirm, yes.

1

u/method115 1d ago

Yes. I was scared the first time but it felt the exact same. Now it will be even better once I get the all clear because I wont have to pull out. Sometimes I pull out and ejaculate but don't get the good feeling if you know what I mean. It's rare but it does happen. Especially if me and my wife do it 2x back to back which isn't abnormal.

yes feels the same

u/Additional-Scratch25 1d ago

I didn’t notice a difference at all.

1

u/BubbhaJebus 1d ago

Same physical feeling but without the anxiety of accidental pregnancy. So better.

I get my PVSA today!! I literally cannot wait for the results & praying for 0 swimmers 😂🙏🏼 but no doesn’t feel any different maybe the first once or 2 after abstaining post vasectomy for a fortnight 😂 but after that all Gucci bro

1

u/NailDull2586 1d ago

I got vasectomy before I ejavulated so I don’t know the difference. Did it so I could be a pornstar without fear

1

u/Heekmin 1d ago

Exactly the same, no change.

1

u/zysoring 1d ago

Same volume, same sensation. You won’t miss the tiny amount of sperm.

1

u/sectorz33 1d ago

Creampies never felt safer

1

u/bro_d8 19h ago

Better. Same volume. Same strength. Same everything. No worries about final outcome.

u/Erfsner 15h ago

Took a few months (3-6) for me to be fully happy with the sensations again. There is a lack of that burning sensation in your tubes after a really good nut, kinda surprised no one else has said this. I last waaayy longer and sometimes it’s hard to reach climax but that has been the opposite of an issue.

1

u/morningphyre 14h ago

Yeah, it's fine

1

u/AztecGold23 13h ago

I felt like mine got better lol

1

u/Maleficent_Heart_741 7h ago

I noticed it was slightly better. Even when alone.

2

u/Familiar_Ad_5939 6h ago

It might feel different for a few months until things are healed. At around the 3 month mark, I don't notice any uncomfortable feelings in the tubes anymore. For a few months, the tubes in my upper pelvic area would feel irritated, but not really painful. At the 4 month mark now and everything is perfectly normal. Honestly, you just need to listen to your body. I wouldn't be fearful of anything being "different" The only thing missing is the sperm not getting mixed with the semen fluid. The fluid still comes out like it always did, so you won't notice much of anything being different in that regard or not being able to enjoy your orgasm. Hope this helps.

u/Extreme_Koala8402 1d ago

yes, exactly the same.

0

u/tcrudisi 1d ago

The first few felt .. weird. Then after a couple of weeks that weird feeling stopped and my climax feels even better as I am no longer afraid of pregnancy.

3

u/Supermanass 1d ago

Do you think the weirdness went away or the weirdness became the new normal?

0

u/tcrudisi 1d ago

It definitely went away. My orgasms are stronger/better now than before my vasectomy. Though I'm confident that is the mental aspect; the vasectomy removed the anxiety of getting my wife pregnant.

0

u/SPAWNmaster 1d ago

Exactly the same.

0

u/Competitive-Set-9556 1d ago

You can not tell a difference at all

0

u/Ryan1006 All clear! 1d ago

Better because no condoms and no worry..

0

u/plutosaurus 1d ago

Better because you don't have to worry about unwanted pregnancies

0

u/KentoNanami 1d ago

It feels better. Way better.
