Lock her up for years. Absolutely ridiculous.
Set a precedent and this shit will stop.

Need to set a strong legal precedent here and give this woman 15+ years with no chance of parole.

one count, disguising face with intent to commit an indictable offence
so if true, it's like fully and intentionally arson. but why tf would someone do that? you could burn thousands of hectares just to... what? kill random people and wildlife? see a big fire?

One can only hope. The charges listed range from life, 14 years, and no more than 5 years, and it sounds like they have enough for the 14 years at least. Judges discretion but one can hope the book is thrown at her. I could see leniency in the winter but peak fire season with intent? Fingers crossed they all stick and she's stuck with a life sentence.

It's scary to me that this woman is in addition to another one arrested that started the fire at Kin Beach. More than one arsonist in the same area, same week.

- Knowing our justice system she’ll be out before the fires are. . . .2. This may sound like tin foil hat shit but the second it’s an Israeli “tourist” being caught doing this it’s time to ring the alarms. This sounds crazy but do research about Greece, chile Argentina, and many other South American fires. And what happened to the land after it burned.

Breach of probation? Does that mean she decided the best way to try killing someone specific was with a wildfire?
