Old Halloween Decoration Battery Replacement
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have one of my favorite Halloween decorations from the late 90s/ early 2000s. It stopped playing the music long ago, but I was hoping to fix it if possible. I can pull out the bottom to see the batteries, but I can’t figure out how to actually get them out and I’m not sure what batteries they are. If anyone has any idea, lemme know

Devil string lights
Anyone have any info on these guys? I picked them up at a thrift store and can’t find them online anywhere.

Seeking insight about my halloween sweater!
Hello, so I was wondering if anyone in here knew anything about this particular sweater? I bought it a couple years ago from a thrift store. It’s been one of my favorite Halloween finds that I’ve ever thrifted. I wanted to learn more about the brand and this specific design, but when I do a reverse image search, I can’t find this one at all.

Anyone know how to fix faded blow molds?
I was really hoping someone in this group might have knowledge on fixing faded vintage blow molds!
I got this at the thrift store a couple days ago, along with a few other scores. It’s faded quite a bit, but I really want to fix it.
I thought I could just paint it til I did some research and realized the Polyethylene material is tough to paint and it will most likely peel over time.
I saw something about a “Ritz Dye” method where you dye it instead. However, I’m unsure if I’m capable of dying such a large pumpkin. It’s around 30 inches tall. Not a small pumpkin.
Any advice will be appreciated!

Vintage (I hope) thrift find.
I picked up this cardboard Halloween decoration in a grab bag at a thrift store for a dollar with a couple of cookie cutters so I won't be devastated if it's new. But it seems to be on thicker card and has vintage vibes at least. It's 11" tall. Google lens has not returned a match for me and I'd love opinions! Thanks!

Halloween mug!
Originally thrifted this last year but my mom tucked it away with the holiday stuff and I forgot I had it until I dug through the Halloween box. Its from targets 2004 hide and eak! Collection. Much cooler plus I like how vintage it looks. Its also my favorite:3

Can anyone figure out when this was made? 🎃🐈⬛
I can’t seem to find this exact model even when I attempt to google the sticker info on the back. I keep getting other models from “Artform Industries” from 1977, but this does NOT have their label listed on it.
Would love vintage sleuths help! 🙏🏻

Anyone know the year/maker of this pumpkin?
Picked it up in a grab bag at an estate sale today bc I love the look. No markings. Hole in the bottom. Metal rivets with remnants of a thick black handle.

I made this travel journal cover recently. I wasn’t aiming for Halloween, but looking at it now, I can definitely see a little spooky vibe. 🎃 Does it feel Halloween-ish to you, or am I just seeing it because Halloween is getting closer?

Boo
Found this at Goodwill 12 years ago for $7. It stands 11 inches tall and 12.5 inches wide. The interior light bulb is clear, but it glows orange when plugged in. There isn't a maker's mark, but the removable extension cord is tagged showing the year as 2000.

2000s Halloween
Hello! First time posting in this sub! I am yearning for a 2000s Halloween and just overall holiday season as a 24 year old does. I am trying to recreate the aesthetic my grandmother had in her home while I was growing up (i.e, cozy fall that makes the space warm and inviting). I do not have an eye for decor nor do I know where to start so I’m asking for help!
I plan on going to a thrift store in the near future butttt I just had surgery so I’m mostly perusing online, for now.
Also this is just interior decor, no exterior as I don’t own my space and do not have my own porch/yard to decorate

Trying to find a decoration from childhood
Hi there! I was hoping maybe someone could help me out. I have been looking for a decoration from my childhood for years and unfortunately have had no luck. It was a door hang hard plastic ghost that had a layer of gauze over it it would light up and make a sing-song ghost-y oo’s when bumped. 🤞 hopefully someone out there knows what I’m talking about. Thanks in advance!
