Finding voice actors

Hello! I’m an independent filmmaker, and I’m looking for voice actors to dub my short film.
The film is in English, but the actors have noticeable accents, so I’d like to re-record the dialogue with native English-speaking voice actors.
The problem is that I don’t have a big budget, and I’m based in another country. I’ve contacted a few dubbing agencies, but their prices are unfortunately too high for an independent filmmaker :(
Does anyone know where I could find voice actors who might be interested in working on a low-budget short film? Any websites, communities, Discord servers, or other places where I could look would be greatly appreciated!
If you have any advice or could point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.

It's understood that most projects there are low-/no-pay. Thank you for trying to compensate your actors, even with a modest budget!

I recommend osting a casting call through VAC discord or twitter or casting call club or even through reddit threads.
