Welcome to the anti-GOP resistance on Reddit!

Regardless of what month it is, we welcome all those who support the Democratic party! We encourage you to share local activism and talk about the groups you're taking part with in your area.

Elections are still happening! And they're the only way to take away even more of Trump's power to hurt people. You can help win elections across the country from anywhere, right now!

If you want to take a bigger part in this and future elections, there's plenty of ways to do it!

  1. Check out our weekly volunteer post - that's the other sticky post in this sub - to find opportunities to get involved.

  2. Nothing near you? Volunteer from home by making calls or sending texts to turn out voters!

  3. Join your local Democratic Party - none of us can do this alone.

  4. Tell a friend about us!

Adopt a Candidate

It’s back! Want to take part in turning the midterms into a true blue tsunami? Adopt one of the candidates below, and commit to taking action every week to support their campaign!

Post your preference in the daily (or, to guarantee we see it, send the request via modmail) and we'll add you to the list!

With just how blue this year is looking to be, and just how many primaries are still to come, there's too many to list to kick off. It’s why we’re starting with select gubernatorial and Senate races.

Got someone who you want to adopt, but they're not on the list? Let us know, and we'll add them on!

As the year progresses and primaries come through, we'll be adding more ourselves, but the sky's the limit - we're excited to see who you want to support most!

Target Race Launch: DLCC Announces Next Slate of Targets in Michigan

Overall, seems like a reasonable list of targets.

Interesting, they are including SD 14 and HD 39, both of which supported Harris by over 9 points, but not HD 46 (Harris +6.7) or HD 20 (Harris +4.7).

Overall, seams like a reasonable list of seats, though there a few notable races they are not including, like HD 39, which Republicans only won by about 5 points last cycle.

I am also a bit surprised to see Allison Tant/HD 9 on the list, given she won her most recent race by 14 points (though I realize that Harris only won it by about 4 points).

Texas and Georgia races show voters are finally sick of MAGA corruption

This piece looks at the Senate races in Texas and Georgia, where James Talarico and Jon Ossoff are both making MAGA corruption a major part of their campaigns.

The author argues that their strength in the polls could be a sign that government corruption is becoming a bigger issue for voters heading into the midterms, particularly in races where Republicans are facing their own ethics controversies.
