Business Fundamentals of Spreadsheets and Data Presentations Tips?
To those who have taken this course and passed, how was the assessment and do you have any tips? I'm on section 2 right now (just passed the section 1 quiz with 95%) and this will be my first proctored exam ever for WGU. I'm a bit nervous as I've heard mixed reviews about how the process goes. Is there anything that I should be aware of beforehand that most people don't think of? Maybe things you personally had a harder time remembering or completeing in the exam?
Thank you!

Allow yourself plenty of time to get the exam set up with the proctors--don't be in a hurry or anything ( I was the 1st time I tried to take the exam and I spent over an hour trying to get everything set up and had to back out.). The exam part isn't terribly difficult; the tables are what did me in--I had issues getting them to tack onto the worksheets they were supposed to be on (that could've just been on me). Read each step carefully and once you are done with it, collapse the task arrow so you don't have a bunch open at one time (I had to do that so I could focus on one at a time--I almost missed a few on the pre-assessment because I opened them all at once). Breathe, hydrate and def make sure you don't cuss out the proctors while getting set up (I did and got scolded lol). You've got this!

So if you aren't knowledgable on Excel I would say just spend an evening doing each chapter and the quizzes. You can easily get through all of the content in an evening. If you just follow along it's really easy and the questions/material they have you do in the test is the exact same as what you will be doing in the quizzes.
It's honestly really easy, just don't overthink it.

I literally just did this test Saturday. The practice exam was harder in my opinion than the actual test. . I took the practice exam three times, bombed it twice. I would go through each section and do the section exams. Functions and pivot tables is where I messed up. I reviewed those a lot. Also make sure your using the desktop version of Excel. I’m pretty sure that’s why I bombed the first time I took the practice exam.
