Help! Email access issue

I don’t start until 10/1 but have everything complete and even financial aid settled. It is not letting me access my @wgu.edu email even after resetting the password a few times. Do I not have access to it until I start?

The error message is just me not able to log into the email saying my password is incorrect even after I reset it

Call student services IT they can help you much better. You should already have access.
