Quick question.

Is there a way to revive the bandit horde and the likes? I don't want to check the pinned comment about cheatcodes as i wouldn't be able to unsee anything i see in it and don't want to be spoiled any bit of content i don't know about.

Oh, also, is there a way to recruite a champion from another kingdom? I krep seeing others do it but can't figure out why

There's a way to revive normal bandits but not the horde (if you've wiped bandit gangs out)

If you've wiped bandits out, the trick is to fill your prison then release everyone. Each time you do that the regional bandit level goes up, once that hits 10 bandit groups start spawning again

Nope, outside of them merging to form the great goblin horde they either live or die
