I always just interpreted them as disoriented and a little winded here, considering they slammed into a fucking wall moving at nearly top speed while carrying like 500+ pounds of flab and muscle.
I'm talking about the moment it took Asgore. When Flowery said that the Knight was like "alright bet watch me". That's not running away, that's accepting a challenge.
Notice how instead of having a full on fight he immediately decapitated his ahh? The Knight's got better shi to deal with instead of fighting a tall sunflower, so like a rational person they immediately got rid of the problem as quickly as possible and dipped to get more important stuff
Yeah, Ralsei never helps Darkners, except that time he offers his home to every single one we meet to live in safety from fear of being abandoned or turned to stone. But setting aside that one thing (literally being their savoir providing them sanctuary from their own existential annihilation), he hasn't done anything.
if Orange actually had access to Reddit she would probably be banned so fast sitewide for harassment and saying so many really not okay things. And probably extensive real life threats. And falsely reporting like every post that bothers her to mods.

He just brings it up for no reason to make his vompliment be passive-aggresive

There was literally no reason to bring toes into the conversation considering you can kick with toes and hooves and paws. Ralsei just wanted to be a dick
It's not a matter of simply defying the prophecy. When you shatter a prophecy panel, it just reappears somewhere else.. when you intentionally try to break the prophecy, it will just come back in a different way.
Ralsei knows you can't just defy the prophecy, what she needs to figure out is that you redefine the prophecy by reinterpreting it. This is what Gerson tries to teach us while discussing his book, this is something that already occurs when you look at how the prophecy plays out in the game.
The ugly part is so true. The hatted sprites were sprited so well but then they replaced it with this outdated Thing that Toby then proceeded to shade way too much.
