Planning Software

I am looking into software for event planning. From a planner/coordinator perspective, what apps are we using, and what do we like about them? What don't we like about them? I want to make sure the few I am evaluating are good picks and not just fluffed! Thank you in advance!

for wedding venues I liked sonas. as a sole trader im currently using studio ninja
