If your house can't tank a t-shirt, must be a shit house

If you throw shit at a shit house, would that make it stronger?

1

u/JerseyShore7619 1d ago

It’d for sure make it shittier

You house can tank eggs, shit and rotten food, can we all throw this at your house? It can tank it after all.

That's not the point, throwing anything at someone's house is incredibly disrespectful. You can't just throw things at people's houses lol

Where do you live?

This whole thread is hilarious, I'm getting downvoted for saying you shouldn't throw things at people's houses

If he threw it at their house, I can see your point. But if it was lobbed on the front porch I wouldn’t have an issue. But that’s just me.

Lobbed? I'm sure it was a perfect spiral!

You cry about a lot of things in life don’t you.

I'm literally laughing at all of this, I somehow offended a lot of people by saying you shouldn't throw things at houses. This is absolutely hilarious, no crying from me

2

u/Zakaru99 1d ago

You didn't offend people, you just made them think your an idiot.

u/ConcreteDinosaur 1d ago

I mean not to be a douche but it's you're lol

Someday when you own a home i hope someone does the same shit to you.

Edit: i have a bunch of dumbasses in my replies who think im worried about the house getting ruined. Its not about the house. Its about the blatant disrespect for other peoples property. How would yall feel if you ordered something online and had your package chucked like a football. Grow the fuck up yall.

Idk my friend ordered a 5 pack of hanes T-shirt and the delivery driver hurled it at his house. My friend was never the same. He was devastated

u/fikozacc123 1d ago

Oh no! A.... T shirt, oh the horror! anything but that!

Thank the above redditor for helping you finally step outside the basement lmao

That's not reasonable. It's a shirt. Guarantee it saw worse on its way from the factory to your house.

4

u/ConcreteDinosaur 1d ago

That's not the point. You can't just throw shit at peoples houses. My 5 year old knows that

5

u/fauxregard 1d ago

Apparently he can. His job isn't to respect you, it's to deliver packages as quickly as possible.

I don't imagine Amazon drivers have the luxury of perfect manners considering they apparently have to pee in water bottles.

You're right he doesn't have to respect me, but part of his job is dealing with the public and what he did isn't acceptable behavior in public. People aren't allowed to throw things at peoples houses. This guy should be in a warehouse if he wants to throw shit

4

u/fauxregard 1d ago

Sounds like something you should take up with Amazon 🤷‍♂️. As nice as it would be, not everyone has a universal understanding of what is or is not respectful or acceptable.

For me personally, I'm able to draw a distinction between throwing a t-shirt onto my porch and a rock through my window. They're not the same thing. They're not both just "throwing stuff at my house", there's a distinction there.

7

u/TheSaneEchidna 1d ago

Can you elaborate? What's disrespectful about it? The driver didn't know the homeowner and was just tossing wrapped clothing that wasn't gonna get damaged or do any damage onto the porch to save himself some time. Nothing looked malicious or like he was trying to break anything. So where's the disrespect? A lot of people aren't seeing the problem including me.

-1

u/ConcreteDinosaur 1d ago

You don't think it's disrespectful to throw something at someone's house, especially while you're working???? Are you actually serious?

5

u/TheSaneEchidna 1d ago

No? Why would I take something not meant disrespectfully as disrespectful?

You're sounding more and more like the kind of person who would complain about a cashier not standing up at the register.

3

u/Zakaru99 1d ago

No, I don't.

It seems like most people agree.

-3

u/Montooth 1d ago

You're getting downvoted, but you're right. It's not necessarily a damage thing, it's a basic respect thing. I deliver for a living and would absolutely get shit canned if I got caught doing this

-4

u/Wumbo0 1d ago

You can't appeal to the sensibilites of people who respect ownership on Reddit

Nobody that owns anything or plans to is here lmao
