There’s a belief that the tents left behind are taken by charities and given to homeless or those who need them. This has been debunked by organisers time and time again as not being true.
If these people actually cared they could and would break the tent down themselves and give it to a charity. These people dont care, they just want to be lazy and trick themselves into pretending it's okay and for a good reason.
