I did a home protection spell a few nights ago and my flames were so strong and tall 🥰🥰I felt very proud so I wanted to share

How do you feel about putting spells on your own aura?

I have been practicing this on my own aura and it makes me more confident for different projects.
I used to feel like I couldnt help people because I wasnt ready.
I put a spell on my aura and now i feel so brave about supporting others in their journey.

I was really shy as a teen all the way till 25.

Has anyone here tried it?
What were your reasons to put a spell on yourself and how did it turn out?

As the title says I can't be the only one who feels excitement and utterly joy from making my own oils, and daily products. The making, waiting the end results. haha i feel like it's so corny but I love doing/making it and it's a massive motivator.

For those who live with religiously prejudiced/intolerant relatives, how do you discreetly set up your altar?

Does anyone else pin, or "tack" or nail pertinent information to their walls? Anyone else not utilize a "civilized" memo board? One room in my house is fair game for wall space. If you feel disturbed, or do not agree with the information pinned on the walls, just don't come in....

Long story but my son (18) has been through a lot of trauma as a result of his father and in the last 2 years we have had some major difficulties. We have been in therapy individually and family myself my son and daughter(14) have our own therapist and a family one. My son stoped therapy 8 months ago and refused to go there is a lot of mundane things here that have created a perfect storm but now that he's in college he has cut off his family and is only talking to GFS family. They encourage different lifestyle and have different expectations. My son has told me many times how I'm not like that mom bc I expect too much. Literally just want him to enjoy college and achieve his goals, don't think a 16/17 yr old should smoke cigarettes drink and smoke weed. And expect him to pay for his own "extras" as in part time job to learn financial responsibilities. this is definitely just normal 18 year old stuff but I need a protection spell and maybe an eye opener to help him see clearly and stay safe while he's going through this phase of life. Also any advice on helping myself stay sane in the process and be able to let go and let him make mistakes. Tia.

On my reconciliation spell, the flame kept splitting and then uniting. Can someone tell me what it could mean?

I haven't actually found a step by step spell that I'm 100% comfortable with and wanted to make my own and just wanted to get opinions while I'm waiting to do it.

I already did a road unblocking spell focusing on mainly the romantic aspect of my life.
I know a new and waxing crescent moon will happen on a Friday during the night of September 11 and I'm planning on doing the spell then.
During that time I did want to do a little healing spell for us both: petition carved into a white candle with salt around and mediating until it's burnt out over the course of the next couple days.

Otherwise I was planning on doing a candle binding spell, focusing on reconciliation, the things I wanna use are

-2 pink candles, each with our names and DoB, carved petition and love rune into them

His covered in jojoba oil and dressed with dried rose petals, cinnamon, dried basil

Mine also covered in jojoba oil and dressed in dried catnip, rose petals and cinnamon

-I only have a red gift thread thingy (like to make bows with for presents) so I wanted to tie the two candles together with that
-Write a petition paper with my desired outcome and place the candles on top of it
-Around the candles a salt ring for protection, more dried rosebuds on the salt ring, rosemary for healing and more cinnamon
-Inside the salt and herb ring sugar/honey with the love rune drawn into with my finger, petition paper in the middle, candles on top
-Burn them while meditating, visualizing etc. until they're done

I'd love to get some more insight and perspective if I should do something better or replace some herbs or whatever! :)

Hi so I literally started practicing witchcraft 3 days ago 😭. I was lying in bed and randomly thought “hold on, is witchcraft still a thing?” And it is… and now I’m really drawn to it and want to at least give it a go. I did my first protection spell last night in a jar by cleansing it and then adding White Sea salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary and a red agate crystal to it with intention. I sealed it shut with the screw top lid because I can’t melt a candle over it for fear my parents would ask what I was doing 😅🥹. I’m gonna get a journal to be my book of shadows. But I’m serious about this and I genuinely want to practice magick. Does anyone have any tips, advice, literally anything you think I should know or need to hear? Please I’m all ears I need help I’m hella overwhelmed with it all.

hi! i just did an egg cleanse and wrote some of my own interpretations down in my journal, but i wanted to get a second opinion. it seems to me like this cleanse revealed that im pretty protected given the covering around the yolk, but the peaks with bubbles is where im getting confused. is this something that reveals those protecting (with the bubbles on top) or possibly indication of negative energy? i’m very new to egg cleanses specifically but i have been practicing for about 5 years now, so i’m curious to hear what others think. thanks!!

I made a protection spell jar for my boyfriend so he can keep it in his car. During the ritual, I focused very strongly on the intentions I wanted to put into the jar. I’m still learning and studying witchcraft, so I’m not really sure how to interpret the flame. Does the way the flame behaved mean that the spell went well?

How do you guy find your spells to work on other people?

Do you see results right away or it takes time?

I have made a spell on someone and it worked the same day. They were not receptive to me and i needed them to open up. now they feel so comfortable around me and its like night and day.

How do you guy approach these kind of spells to attract people?

Im looking for witches that can actually sense their magic work on this theme. I know many people do the spells, but not everyone can sense the actual magic happen. I feel i can learn by just connecting with any witches that can accomplish these kind of spells. I just learn by seeing the aura. I will see how it moves differently or similarly to mine.

Hey, everyone! ❤️ I just wanted to share the patterns in the coffee offerings I placed on my altars. I lit my candles and incense for everyone, sat with my own cup of coffee, and talked to them all for a bit. The first four are on my Hekate altar and I also have family/ancestors placed there. The last one is from my Loki altar. 🥰 Each cup was made to their recipients' "taste" lol I usually leave my cups out for 1-2 days, but I was a bit late getting back to them this time due to work. Even so, the patterns were so pretty that I had to share! Hekate's is usually different from everyone else, but this is the first time I've seen so much individuality in all of them.

I have some family that I don’t see often. I’m not very close and don’t know my dad side of the family very much. I spent most of my summers with my dad as a child but was estranged most of my 20s and started making the effort mid 30s. I’m 47 now we are still not close, but it’s not completely unheard of for me to go to event or see them every five years or so. I have different family members on social media and we like each other other stuff but we’re not calling regularly for advice or anything like that.

For context, my dad has an older sister and they’ve always butted heads. My aunt had three boys and finally had her daughter she wanted so bad. At 15 years old just a month after her quinceanera, my cousin snuck out of the house and was in a horrible car accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down. She is now 35 years old and paraplegic. My aunt, I was told, did everything she could to find a cure or treatment for my cousin. So much so that she even went to Peru and became a cuyandera. Another family member had told me about this as well as her son‘s ex-girlfriend -complaining about the chickens running around in the house and the crazy stuff my aunt was doing (involving blood rituals, a man coming over and charging $500 for different things, etc)

About nine years ago, she did something that I just cannot get out of my head. We had come to visit (we live two hours away) and I had not seen these people in, I mean, like almost 10 years. They had never met my children. My aunt had a Halloween party. She had a costume contest wasn’t a very big party. She chose my son as the winner. The prize was a little coffin shaped box with a bunch of little goodies in it. But one thing stood out that disturbed me and confused me.

Inside the coffin shaped box among the candy and cheap plastic trinkets was a gold pendant from my cousin‘s quinceanera. “15 Anos” a 24 karat gold pendant in a cheap party favor prize. My cousin was already about 27 or 28 years old.

I have always held onto this pendant, not wanting to keep it, but wanting to show somebody with intuition as to why she gave this to me. I just can’t shake the feeling that she’s trying to transfer some kind of negativity onto my dad’s children.

Should I confront her and ask her why she gave me this? Should I take it to a trusted psychic or healer?

Lots of bad things have happened to my dad and brothers. My dad tried to start a company and both of my brothers’ health at a young age prevented them from doing the kind of work my dad hoped. He has had a lot lots and lots of bad luck in his business ventures. I have also been so lonely and unlucky in love.

I can’t help but feel that the gift was intentional and what does it all mean?? please help me
