Productivity I started keeping one completely empty block in my day

No meetings.

No planned task.

No "just checking something quickly."

Sometimes I use it to catch up, sometimes I finish something I didn't expect to have time for, and sometimes I literally just take a break.

Having that empty space feels weirdly useful.
