Just Hue strip and Xiaomi light bar for monitor. The shelf lights are cupboard lights I got off amazon.

The warm led behind the desk looks great

I've come to be bored of colourful rgb, and will probably get a warm strip like yours

Haha welcome to adulthood.

Coming together nicely. If you want a screen just for watching, a wireless TV like the StanbyME 2 Max would be worth adding.

G502 X Plus. Great mouse for extra buttons let down by G HUB.

Considering a wide screen myself. Coming from a dual monitor setup I've wondered how people arrange their windows /apps. I know windows OS can arrange them for you but is there a better way? I use Fancy zones from Powertoys even now.

I use Fancy zones in Powertools but Display Fusion also works great.

The biggest drawbacks are you can't run a youtube video full screen one side etc. I believe you can do this with 2 displayport cables though, however I need to trial it.

you also have the 32:9 requirements meaning games take alot more PC power.

Can use a chrome plug in to do this, name of it is lost on me rn but ask AI

Is it a problem having the monitor low and close like this? I see it’s common. Just curious

You've gotta remember its like having 2 compact 27" monitors so they're not exactly large. I believe if I'm around 65cm away from them which seems like plenty of distance.
