First things first, move your monitors to in front of you. Off to the side like that might look better to you, but your neck and spine will thank you having them in front of you

I’d start with lighting before decor: one warm desk lamp, one floor lamp, then add plants/green accents after. Walnut + black already gives you a strong base, so too many small objects might make it feel busy fast.
