I have started making these polymer clay detailed zippo lighters that have a opening mouth design! I’m really happy with how they came out! They have uv resin glazed eyes and teeth! I have listed this one on eBay and just want to gauge if people like them or would want one!

This is for everyone who asks why I and others always suggest removing the orange sticker from your Zippos. I saw this one for sale on Facebook Marketplace. Regardless of what you've heard or read, it adds no value to your Zippo and is not needed to prove it is unfired. All it does is potentially damage your finish.

My 4th zippo, first where I got exactly what I wanted.

I got my first Zippo a few days ago, but I'm having an issue with this. The first flint that came with it broke after like two days. I put in another one, and I'm the third day, it's about to happen again.

What's happening is, is that every time I use it, it evidently bends bit by bit. It also becomes much harder to light it.

I can't imagine I'm "using it wrong," but what's going on here?

I've had this Zippo for a year and a half. It's a 1941 brush brass replica. After I bought it, I polished it a bit to make it smoother. It's with me every day, but I carry it in my backpack. I play with it occasionally. You can only see it in the photos at a certain angle. When will it have a nice dark patina?

Heavily distressed the case. Placed horizontal on bed of salt in ammonia chamber. I think it’s the best one I have made.

I want to make a classic snoopy saying fuck it out of my plain Jane zippo. I’m not the best artist but I’ll manage. What kind of pen should I use to mark it out? Then how can I color the grooves? Any advice appreciated

So, my Zippo got crushed a little bit. The insert cannot be removed the normal way by pulling up on the chimney. My understanding is that Zippo warranty doesn’t cover case repair so what are my options here? Should I look to buy a block and try to hammer out the case? What do you guys suggest? Also, what type of adhesive should I use to reattach the Camel coin?

Hey everyone, I just bought a vector Thunderbird G insert and I love it but I’m having a problem with it. Overheating super super fast. I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me and tell me if there’s something I can buy to possibly put over either the whole insert or at least over the thumb wheel so I can rest my thumb on the wheel but right now it’s so hot. It burns my thumb. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you all
