I recently did my Jager, and this time I decided to try pre-shading on all the green bits. Everything but the red caps has been painted here. I decided to have some fun with the cannons rather than go with the artwork stripes, but overall Panzer has suddenly become my favorite after building him. Especially with the paint, it just has presence.

I did the RMZ last night and decided to pull out my others Command Wolves out of storage. Here's my NAR Irvine I probably built in middle school, my HMM Ballad that I don't know how long ago I built, and the 1/144 MSS unbuilt.

I finished building my AZ Geno Breaker. I tested it earlier and it had no problems with the walk but now it's tripping on its own toes.

I thought it was the battery so I installed fresh ones but it's still doing that.

Has anyone had this problem?

I’ve recently received a box of my old childhood stuff from my folks and was surprised to see that my old zoids were here!

Was going to ask if anyone had any tips on getting these restored?

I’ve just recently joined the sub and had been amazed that there’s still an active zoids community and that there are now new models from the old Tomy ones that had been released. I haven’t been up to date with zoids since the animated release of Genesis but getting interested again seeing my old stuff and maybe get a HMM kit to build in the coming weeks.

I actually started this model a long while ago and would pick it up to put it down periodically, always reaching a frustrating point. I've made the Death Stinger, Berserk Fury, Shield Liger, Liger Zero, Shadow Fox, and a Geno Saurer. This one really made me work for it. Especially the boosters. I made the all too common mistake of not translating the "skip" instruction and wondering where 2 PC R's were.

At any rate, happy to have completed it. It was definitely frustrating but still turned out nicely. Probably be a long while before I build another Liger, though.

I,.created this around the time zoids genesis aired, god I, LOVE zoids genesis and NC so much, I, created an au about both series's being ONE series.

Here's the concept

The blitz team is barely changed, but they are on good terms with the genesis team

Digald is sort of a nerfed empire because sora city doesn't exist in this Alternate universe.

Their zoids are down to

Bio raptor, bio raptor gui, Bio megaraptor, Bio kentro, Bio ptera, Bio tricera. Bio tyranno. And Bio volcano

Digalds role is to try and destroy every zoid they meet with their bio ZOIDS, they're sort of enemies with backdraft too but the latter gets annihilated by bio Ptera and bio kentro that is until they met the berserk fury

Sora city no longer having a major role to digald, drastically nerfs the bio ZOIDS, they're now vulnerable to beam attacks now that their hell armor is reduced to just really strong metal. The bio tyranno is equipped with an energy field to counter this nerf, this also goes for the bio volcano but it's energy field is weaker but still useful.

Ruuji, Rei mii, kotona, galaga, ron, Ra kan, Souta, seijuuro, Da jiin, the rest of ruujis hometown along with where Ra kan resided in are part of the AU, along with the bio zoid pilots Jiin, Zairin, Souta (formerly), Georg, and Felme. But instead of fighting for war, they're selling lanstags and other zoids and are competing in zoid battles

Souta is captured and his destroyed bio kentro is stored in zuuris basements, later after Souta joins team murasame, the village rewards him with a silver lanstag with the kentros lance.

In the zoid competition, there is an event where 2 zoid groups collaborate to defeat the opposing collaborating team

Digald and backdraft. (Because.. I was following zoids logic)

Digald and backdraft sabotages the judge satellite and unleashes their army of zoids onto the 2 opposing teams

Then there's the twist, in the AU, during the last part of the battle, backdraft sabotages digald and beforehand tampered with the bio tyranno, triggering it into attacking the remaining bio zoids, since they might get in the way, and so that Vegas berserk fury and Jiins bio tyranno can one shot team murasame and the blitz team.

Bio kentro; is destroyed by Mugen liger, the lances reused for soutas silver and green Lanstag

Bio Ptera; it is skewered by bio tyrannos death scythes, Felme luckily survives and is annoyed her zoid is destroyed

Bio tricera; Georg is killed after he attempted to self destruct his zoid to kill sword wolf and Ra kan, but the pilot is forced to be impaled by sword wolfs blade

Bio volcano; Zairin helps Galaga restrain berserk fury, but the zoid is decapitated in the end but plays a major role in defeating the Berserk fury. Zairin survives but is put in a coma for 3 weeks

Zabats; annoying bitches get taken out by shadow fox and rainbow jerk

Geno saurers; they are destroyed by kotona and rei mii and play a significant role in temporarily disabling murasame liger

Murasame ligers evolution is reduced to CAS system, the villages Gustav has a carrier with the zoids armor. Murasame liger, ahem- Mugen liger, takes on the berserking bio tyranno, and Bit and his liger zero take on the berserking berserk fury.

During the battle, Leenas gun sniper saves Ruuji from getting ambushed by zabats and Bio raptors, and she destroyed a small portion of the team with her weasel unit, but before she could get a victory yell, her gun sniper is smashed by bio tyranno, and she is saved by Rons Bamburian, whos lances pulled the destroyed gun sniper to safety

Brads shadow fox is saved by rei miis lanstag from heavily modified Rev raptors, as a result Miis zoid is decapitated and rei mii herself is saddened by her zoid death

(she actually held a funeral for it mid battle, much to everyone's concern, proudness and annoyance)

Kotonas rainbow jerk is crippled by having it's tail shattered by Backdfrafts snake type zoids since the zoid can stun basically any other zoid within range, except for zoids underground, the snake type zoids ambushed kotona from underground and proceeded to trash her.

Galagas Deadly Kong plays a major role in restraining the berserk fury for Bit and liger zero to finish it off

The Deadly Kong took Vega out of the cockpit to avoid getting caught in the liger zeros attack.

Sword wolf is crippled after killing bio tricera, and it's sword is used by Jamie's Ranos to slash open bio tyrannos core,

Soul tiger and soutas Lanstag play a minor role in protecting Ruuji as he charged at the tyranno, both zoids are damaged and destroyed by having all of their limbs damaged, but anyways buys ruuji an opening.

Galaga, having restrained the berserk fury, has his deadly kong smashed by the fury's buster claws and its zoid core is destroyed, but it's efforts arent wasted as liger zero delivers the finishing blow.

Liger zero; after the rest of its change armor system is destroyed it's forced to go in it's regular form and defeats the berserk fury like in the anime

Murasame liger, turns into Mugen liger and destroys bio tyranno in that form.

Jiin dies because the moment backdraft triggered bio tyranno the cockpit overheated.

Vega survives

And the rest of digald is arrested

.... Yeah. That's my Au from.. idk around the same time zoids genesis premiered. I was high back then I'm sorry if this comes off as ridiculous and annoying

Me and my friend building the Geno Saurer (we were stuck on step 1 for an hour (the head) and I’m getting him into the anime’s as well. Also happy to say my geno breaker just came in today aswell, gonna be our next build.
