Basically 61% of the entire restaurant with the 1% being people in the program who slip

100% wouldn't call to bail out a cook. You'd pester someone else to work, but a god dishwasher is irreplaceable

Nonsense, they can’t bail out line cooks cuz the whole kitchen is in jail with him

That's a win win in my book. Got bailed out and still got to get paid.

The bail out must've been cheaper than the money he makes working at that place.

You get the bail money back after completing court appearances

Man, I remember trying to call my boss once and tell him that it was raining and I couldn't walk to work after school when I was in HS. Mf came and picked my ass up. This is something else, though lol

You got off lucky. You couldn't walk to work because it was raining? 😂 Your boss should've laughed at you and told you to suck it up.

I didn’t work a job that really needed to be done at a certain time. I’d regularly work it out with him that I’d come in the day after if I had something to do.

My old shop did this a couple times for our fiberglass finisher. Dude could make a terrible mold shine like it was just made.

My husbands boss did this one time. Called the man to let him know my idiot was in the drunk tank, and an hour later he sent me a selfie with my very tired husband 😂

Do they offer remote work accommodations for lifers?

They used your paycheck to bail you out

It seem that the only way to avoid work is a death certificate... lol
