I'm switching over from an engineering background to a masters in econ at Bocconi and I'm quite anxious i won't be able to keep up with the cohort. I've done a few online courses on the concepts of macro and doing one on intermediate micro, but these aren't formally recognized courses

1) How much more self study would I require in more Econ subjects to cope up?

2) How do I compensate for the lack of undergrad research?

Any other tips or experiences from people who made this jump would be extremely helpful thanks
