I've read the FAQ & Rules ADVICE
so back in my home country i have connections to the industry but it’s so bad its just influencers and ads and i can take the easy path of becoming an actor or should i do the harder part study acting in new york and then become an actor based in new york?

Are you legally able to work in the US? Like, do you have citizenship in the US or a work visa?
Acting is a skill you build up. If you just go attempt to act without training, you will be terrible.
Same as I can't dance well unless I learn, or can't play the piano well unless I learn.
It's a skill. No easy way.
